Eating at Francesco's is a pleasure and a guarantee, from the friendly and pleasant professional service to the impeccable cuisine for the choice of raw materials and the art of cooking them. Whenever I bring friends to eat they are always satisfied. Excellent choice also for the wine list. At the end of the meal you can't help but enjoy the freshly prepared fresh ricotta raviolines, all accompanied by top spirits. 7 spices a guarantee

Small and familiar place but tremendously pleasant. Excellent service with good quality dishes and off-menu suggestions of the day. The boss is approachable and shares fantastic recommendations on the less touristy areas of Syracuse that are worth visiting.

La cena di questa sera mi ha davvero emozionata! Pesce fresco cucinato egregiamente.... Se dovessi tornare a Siracusa sarà una tappa obbligata.

We loved this restaurant so much we ate there two nights in a row (and our guide at the archeological park mentioned it was her family’s favorite place to eat too!) the staff were so welcoming, so attentive, and helped us choose some great selections. On night 1 we started with fried calamari and shrimps - followed by giant prawns, paccheri pasta with courgettes, garlic, almond pesto, basil and mint! Delicious! On night 2 our starter was fried aubergines with fresh tomato sauce, basil pesto and Parmesan. Exquisitely light and flavorful. We followed it with sesame tuna and a side of linguini tossed in oil and garlic. Perfectly cooked again. We cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for 2 very special meals
