Nice place, staff not particularly friendly. We're sorry but as far as the food is concerned our opinion is clearly negative: the dishes are tasteless and it seemed to us that some products were frozen or ready.

We passed by this place and, if we hadn't had dinner ready, we would have definitely dined there directly. I would have liked to try all the dishes... We, however, took two takeaway dishes which we ate the next day. Generous portions, delicious food (rare aromas and tastes) and a kindness that is hard to find. The guys are really cute and friendly!!! Go there!!! If we were to return to Capraia it will certainly be our reference restaurant. Claudia, Stefano and Colo (the Apuan)

Pigghiolo is always an excellent choice: new menu, new goodness. We ate cod croquettes, green beans, and squid with Capraiese potatoes, all delicious.

20/10/2023: Great place - loved the service. A little more chic restaurant. And we had the chance to speak to the chef, who in addition to being very friendly, approachable, smiling, comes from the same country as us. We really appreciated that he took the time to explain the menu to us. And quite honestly his food is really really excellent. I recommend this place without hesitation and I wish this establishment great success 👍🏽 thank you chef and good luck 👍🏽👍🏽
16/10/2023: C’était très bon, très bon et de qualité ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Sale Grosso. Le chef est même venu à notre table nous expliqué la composition de notre plat.
