Simple, easy and perfect! The service and cuisine are at a 5 star level. The service is always attentive, the dishes came exactly as you wanted them and the quality is simply extra. Please keep it up, it doesn't have to be Nouvelle Cuisine or Molecular but Astral like here, because good craftsmanship combined with tradition and innovation is lived. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Attratta dalle recensioni positive, ci siamo recati a pranzo con amici. Locale anonimo,freddo, come l'accoglienza riservataci, siamo liguri, non amiamo e smancerie, ma un sorriso non guasta. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti, ma il giudizio è stato unanime, nulla di indimenticabile che mi fa dire torno per mangiare.... peccato.

Non venire a cena da Maurizio e il suo staff è grave!! La location è semplice, ma accogliente. Tutto lo staff ha l'impronta di Maurizio che ha fatto della cucina il suo scopo di vita...0arlare di calcio con lui è inutile, ma parlare di esperienze culinarie è il top!!

26/03/2024: Dinner in a restaurant Very nice historic place in the alleys of Genoa, always full, I recommend booking! The menu offers a few first courses and a few second courses, no appetizers, more the dishes of the day. The portions were medium, I thought they would be more generous, The first of the day: Chestnut trofie with pine nut cream was excellent! For the second course I took Milanese with chips because they didn't have baked potatoes (strange for a restaurant) and the chips looked like frozen ones.. like sweet Sacher. We spent €33 each with wine. Overall average.
