Restaurant near Fiuggi that made headlines for having won a television contest whose name I don't remember exactly (4 restaurants, the one in Borghese?). The food has always been very good, the environment is informal but very well looked after, it has also recently been drastically renovated and the change has certainly been for the better. You eat everything well, I tried the meat here (good and very expensive), the homemade first courses (very good, I recommend the spaghetti with a particular flour with clams, amazing) the pizzas (very good, quite light but very large in size) and the truly excellent desserts (but one in particular stands out above all, I don't remember the name, something like a monsignor's cup or something similar linked to some figure of the clergy). In short, overall an important restaurant, one of the most important and well-known in the area, but in recent years I have noticed a considerable increase in prices, which I noticed because I have been coming here for years having a holiday home near Fiuggi, therefore highly recommended, but not for those who want to spend little

I had dinner at this restaurant and was thrilled. Polite, friendly and smiling staff, ready to give explanations about the dishes and advise us. There were 4 of us and each ate different meat dishes. All delicious and above all of excellent quality. Super desserts. I recommend making a stop.

I must say that when they proposed the innkeeper to me I was a little skeptical since he had been the protagonist of an episode of a restaurant reality show and I was sure that we would have the classic "beaten up" and eat badly...Saturday lunch time as soon as I arrived I've already started to change my mind, the staff in the room were immediately welcoming and immediately took charge of the two little ones in the group, then they passed the innkeeper's large appetizers to us, delicious and plentiful, I shared the excellent kebabs with my wife and then the super courgette carbonara ... Simple but elegant and very clean location, excellent value for money, definitely coming back!!😋😋

Recommended by an acquaintance who understands cooking, together with our usual snack companions we had lunch at the innkeeper de core e de panza and remained partially satisfied. The structure is located in Acuto not very far from the Anagni exit of the motorway, it has a very comfortable and large car park. It is possible to use both the internal and external parts, which are widely used during the hottest periods. We started with the innkeeper's starters with different courses which included cold cuts, fried foods and vegetables, which were sufficiently appreciated, then we took the first courses which not everyone appreciated, the pistachio ravioli and the lawyer's carbonara were good, while little appreciated the gnocchi with Fiuggi water and bean cream, a Heinz Beck award-winning dish but objectively no one liked it.
Someone had a second course of lamb and mixed grill, I have to say that the lamb is the best I've ever eaten.
Then we moved on to dessert, all of which were generally appreciated, in particular the hot San Biagio ice cream was the most exciting. The staff is friendly and the cost is in line with how much you eat.
Unfortunately, a very noisy communion didn't make us particularly appreciate the lunch, plus the award-winning gnocchi that no one appreciated contributed to lowering the rating. Perhaps it would be appropriate before accepting a reservation to point out that there is a communion at the same time.

Al Locandiere ci si sente come a casa. Come quando si va a trovare un vecchio amico. Staff simpaticissimo e disponibile. Location accogliente e caldo. Cucina con prodotti a km zero. Antipasti ricchi di ogni ben di Dio e poi carne sublime cotta rigorosamente su brace!!!! Bravissimi e congratulazioni allo Chef Valerio...davvero De Core e De Panza!!!!

Dopo aver scoperto questo ristorante ci veniamo almeno una volta al mese.
Tutte le pietanze sono letteralmente spettacolari,sia i primo che i secondi piatti.
Galletto alla brace e abbacchio a scottadito da applausi!!
