Antonio, Francesco and Daniel were wonderful wait staff for our dinner service tonight. We didn't know what to expect and were uneducated to an extent. They were all so patient and kind. Antonio made a great recommendation for pairing with creme brulée and Daniel was so calm and attentive, a true pleasure. The chef does a fantastic job! Bravo.

This was the most special gastronomic experience we have ever had! We chose the Renaissance menu - a gustatory journey back in time to that era! Each course is based on recipes from that era, supplemented with a small, modern touch: a "rebirth" of the Renaissance. The service was also simply fantastic: I have rarely experienced such attentive, courteous and friendly service. A big compliment to the entire team!

Spectacularly creative cooking at Michelin star levels. We spent Valentines day here and the tasting menu was absolutely sublime - epic moments like the langoustine carpaccio with celery and mozzarella cream and the foie gras macaroons. Playful, inventive and technically brilliant, we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone serious about their food. The chef Emidio (it was so good we asked his name) is a real maestro and all the staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. Hugely impressed and looking forward to the next visit

Partendo con il dire che sono contento di aver trovato questo ristorante. Personale di una gentilezza mai vista sempre con il sorriso e sempre presenti per qualsiasi richiesta. Ambiente davvero piacevole a tal punto che non sembra di essere in Italia. Cibo eccellente e chef...

07/05/2024: Excellent location away from the center and chaos. Excellent Salento dishes, friendly atmosphere and cleanliness.
01/05/2024: Dinner in this small restaurant with Apulian cuisine. In fact, the menu offers many recipes from the region and for this reason we decide to try various dishes. We start with a simple appetizer (a platter of cured meats and cheeses with taralli!) where we are also served the classic focaccia (very good!) and a dish called "La straccia" which is bruschetta with stracciatella from Andria DOP, Capocollo from Martina Franca DOP, Caramelized onions. As a main course I opt for the most classic southern pasta: orecchiette with turnip tops while as a second course I opt for homemade capocollo bombette served with a side dish of baked potatoes. All dishes are very tasty. Unfortunately we couldn't try the dessert but it will be an excellent excuse to go back. Although the bill was slightly above average, the restaurant is absolutely recommended.
