Dinner in this small restaurant with Apulian cuisine.
In fact, the menu offers many recipes from the region and for this reason we decide to try various dishes.
We start with a simple appetizer (a platter of cured meats and cheeses with taralli!) where we are also served the classic focaccia (very good!) and a dish called "La straccia" which is bruschetta with stracciatella from Andria DOP, Capocollo from Martina Franca DOP, Caramelized onions.
As a main course I opt for the most classic southern pasta: orecchiette with turnip tops while as a second course I opt for homemade capocollo bombette served with a side dish of baked potatoes.
All dishes are very tasty.
Unfortunately we couldn't try the dessert but it will be an excellent excuse to go back.
Although the bill was slightly above average, the restaurant is absolutely recommended.

Genuine and simple food like in the past, memories of my childhood and adolescence were depicted in my mind, I really enjoyed it, affordable prices and easy parking despite the area, excellent choice of local wines too

Wonderful discovery of this delightful place in the Tuscolana area. We had lunch enjoying typical Salento products of truly excellent quality and very fresh! The owner was very attentive, kind and friendly but not at all intrusive. The very fast service. We will be back soon to try the other specialties.... highly recommended!!!

Nice bistro in the Tuscolana/Quadaro area, we ate bruschetta, bombette with meat and broad beans and chicory, together with excellent wine, Sirah, we were welcomed with kindness and friendliness, we will definitely return.

Il locale è intimo, c'è una bella atmosfera. Come entrée un sontuoso tagliere con focaccia bevendo un Sauvignon, un delizioso primo piatto di pasta fresca con le seppioline e per dessert il classico, un pasticciotto crema e amarena caldo e spettacolare. Un piacevolissimo ritorno, siete bravissimi!

Gentili, professionali, che si impegnano a riprodurre la tipicità della cucina salentina, riuscendoci bene a mio parere.
