First of all, sincere compliments for an express but functional cuisine...first and foremost a mix of express appetizers: Roman tripe, truffled egg, and fried foods and an excellent raw ham tong, followed by cacio e pepe with porcini mushrooms...magliale cheek and an excellent tiramisu... Highly recommended

12/05/2024: It is a family business near to the Vatican. Their menu is great with lots of options. We tried their Pinza which is not as thin as most places and it was delicious! This place was recommended to us and we are grateful for the experience.
