It is a family business near to the Vatican. Their menu is great with lots of options. We tried their Pinza which is not as thin as most places and it was delicious! This place was recommended to us and we are grateful for the experience.

Traditional and family Italian cuisine. Fresh handmade pasta. A delight! A very warm welcome that feels good! I recommend the Falanghina del Molise wine, a delight! Thank you again for this warm welcome

Excellent authentic food, with a lovely atmosphere. Also well located close to the Vatican museum. We came here by chance and then returned the next night for more!

My adult son and I just returned from a three-day trip to Rome. We are in several restaurants, but we both think this place was the best. I had the ravioli with truffle sauce and he had amatricciana. Both were fantastic. The waiters were friendly and helpful, despite not being bilingual. My only regret is not going back here a second time!

Food was excellent- we had the sautéed clams and muscles, breem with potatoes, pasta with clams tomatoes and mushrooms and finished with homemade strudel and the tiramisu. Prices were extremely reasonable - our bill was under $70 euros and we had wine! Family owned local place Felt like home

Heartwarming welcome. Lots of paintings hanging on the wall. We stay with the theme of fine arts. Fairly fast service. Very good pizza and not expensive. I recommend !

02/04/2024: Can we give 10 stars? Second time at Acquarella, the previous lunch on the lawn, this time due to dubious weather conditions we booked inside the beautiful lounge overlooking the lawn that slides into the lake. Everything delicious, I personally recommend burrata ravioli :))) Attentive service, fast, friendly. The venue organizes wedding receptions and other events. Given the upcoming warm season, reservations are recommended
24/03/2024: Factory restaurant rather disappointing in terms of cuisine. The place and the view of the lake could be interesting! The crowds are surprising on weekends, given the quality of the dishes... the service suffers a little as a result.
