Really top restaurant👌, excellent service, local dish with local products, gourmet but not stingy on the portion 👌 The deserts are also very good, and a rather copious wine list, all for a competitive price. The hotel is also very good, especially the maintenance of the rooms for stays of several days. Another positive point, the breakfast, with a choice of cakes, fruit and lots of good things 👍🙏🇮🇹

I haven't been to the hotel but I've been to their restaurant other times and I hadn't been in a while, something must have changed for the worse, especially in the taste of their dishes, I hope it was just a coincidence of the day

We have been customers of the restaurant for many years, it remains one of the few places where it is worth going. Attentive, professional and friendly staff. The food is always good, excellent quality selection.

Bene non benissimo...cibo buono ...dolce 7€ acqua 4 € sò che è aumentato tutto ma pare da follia certi prezzi !Dulcisinfundo vai alla cassa con il propietario senza chiederti minimamente comevera andata ! Forse non tornerò

Ristorante molto carino e in pieno centro. Offre una buona selezione di piatti umbri con diverse specialità alla carta. Buona anche la carta dei vini. Arredamento interno davvero di gran gusto. Ambiente non troppo rumoroso e prezzi nella media del posto.

29/03/2024: Cozy and quiet place. I really appreciated the quality of the raw materials with which the dishes are made and the fact that even though there are only two of them, they manage to organize themselves very well. The proposal is broad, genuine and local. I highly recommend dropping by. P.s. the celery sauce is astronomical!!

02/06/2024: Beautiful restaurant in the village of Castel San Giovanni, itself perfectly maintained even if off the beaten track of mass tourism. My wife and I had a great time. An environment with attention to every detail, from the furnishings with delightful vintage details, to the open kitchen which gives a touch of class to everything. Excellent bruschettas with excellent ingredients. Cut with liquorice sauce it is a surprise for the palate. The skewer is as spectacular as it is good. We will definitely be back.
18/05/2024: Very nice atmosphere, friendly but too slow service. Good food, at least in my experience the meats were good, however I was disappointed by the gourmet bruschettas which cost a lot and I was expecting something more. The cost is very expensive. Let's say that with different prices it would be very competitive but with these costs I don't feel like recommending it.
