15/05/2024: We ate at this restaurant, my husband had some excellent ribs while I had a cacio e pepe which was quite salty and tasty, I struggled to eat it. Overall nice place.

01/05/2024: On April 30, 2024 we had lunch at the Da Elide restaurant, on the advice of a local resident. Central location and convenient for parking. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The place is very clean and large, with various rooms located around the kitchen. The furnishings are pleasantly simple with a note of discreet elegance. Stefania welcomed us, with great professionalism and at the same time kindness. We ordered Cannara onion parmigiana, a first course with strangozzi with asparagus, Umbrian bacon and cherry tomatoes, another first course with lasagna with broad beans and ciauscolo and a second course with guinea fowl stuffed with sausage and truffle with sautéed vegetables on the side. The dishes, all delicious if not exquisite, arrive hot and with the right timing between one and the other. Stefania also entertains guests with useful and pleasant conversations about the menu, the traditions of the area and the more than fifty-year history of the restaurant. Here, at Elide we can say that we find that 'once upon a time' professionalism and that solid tradition that are not easy to find in the galaxy of modernity. Excellent value for money. They kindly gave us a brochure illustrating their hotel with the recently renovated rooms. It is a restaurant and a hotel to absolutely take into consideration for those passing through or staying in the area.
