Posto molto carino, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e la carne era buonissima, cotta al punto giusto. Camerieri molto gentili e disponibili. Se passeremo ancora da queste parti, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Trattoria Tonozzi La Siberia

02/06/2024: Uhauuuu!! A restaurant located on the first hills of Modena, in a fantastic location with a very large external veranda where you can accompany the dishes accompanied by a light breeze. Fantastic view and traditional Modena menu where you can also savor personalized dishes such as Tonozzi tortelloni or Gorgonzola and walnut Fagottini. The fried gnocco and tigelle have a light dough, not greasy for the gnocco and crunchy on the outside for the tigelle. The cured meats are of good quality and the wines are also worth it (Lambrusco Grasparossa and sparkling Pignoletto) In conclusion, an exceptional whiskey sorbet! Absolutely worth visiting again.
05/05/2024: The tigelle with pesto lard are very good, There is the possibility of choosing 2 or 3 first courses to taste more things and divide between 2 people. Good desserts I drank a Lambrusco from the area, I admit that I am not a fan of Lambrusco but I particularly liked that one. Found by chance after I visited the Ferrari museum, without a reservation on a Sunday, I called expecting they had no availability even though it was around 2, but instead they waited for us without any problem. Excellent place, nice, not far from Maranello, I will definitely return. Thank you very much, well done everyone, keep it up.

11/02/2024: La pizza più buona del circondario. Ci andiamo sempre. Forse un pochino piu cara delle altre, ma la qualità ne vale la pena.
