An opinion for the ice cream: good, or rather not very good. I am only describing one flavour, licorice. For lovers of this flavour, the pleasant flavor of Amarelli liquorice, that of Rossano Calabro, left on my palate. And it took me back in time. And that's no small feat for an ice cream. Correction: today I removed a star because after a month we stopped and instead of ice cream we opted for a shaken coffee. well a big disappointment. Not for the quality of the ingredients but for the preparation and presentation. We were served a tall glass, more suitable for granitas, containing only coffee foam, almost as if it were made with a milk frother and not a shaker. The next time I stop there I will ask for a shaken coffee again but have the preparation methods described to me first, so as to clarify what you want.
