Supreme food quality, rump in crust with wonderful purees. Courtesy of the staff. Great wine list + Wise advice on dessert wine. After the experience of many visits to the castle of Grinzane Cavour, the pleasant discovery that "Boglione is back!"

Amazing food and service! Other than the dry, tasteless, boring food the Italians usually serve (90 percent of the cases - sorry all Italian mothers ;) ). Here it is more fine dining at a very good price. The service was fantastic and knowledgeable. A pearl! Note! This is not a paid collaboration :)

01/04/2024: Ci siamo stati 2 volte in 2 settimane. Abbiamo provato sia cucina sia pizza, dovessi scegliere la prossima volta non saprei! Pizze buone e leggere, ma il risotto che preso la prima volta era una bomba. Locale molto carino, migliorabile l'aerazione della sala.
