DEL PALLONE In Bistagno

I love this restaurant... I'm fond of it for personal reasons, but Enrico and Gavina are splendid. The courses are varied and particular, the accompanying wine is excellent. Recommended both for lunches or dinners on special occasions (New Year's Eve, Christmas, Valentine's Day) and for "business" lunches. Elegant and pleasant but "warm", familiar environment. We were there last time for New Year's Eve and had a great time.

Il 3 dicembre 2023 giornata dellla bagna cauda e ,cercando sui social, mi ha fatto colpo questo ristorante. Telefonando, il proprietario mi ha subito dato buone impressioni così dalla Liguria siamo partiti per la ns giornata. Location meravigliosa accogliente, caldo e il proprietario molto disponibile. Dipendenti seri e professionali. Ottima pulizia. Lo chef,nonché titolare molto preparato anche per la sua esperienza. Ottimo cibo. Assolutamente da provare. Complimenti!!!

On Saturday for dinner, we went to Il Pallone with a group of friends. Welcomed as always by the owner with warmth and friendliness. a round of excellent appetizers, a first course of tagliolini with an amazing white sauce of livers and offal, two fried porcini mushrooms, harvested the same day, to complete...Typical Monferrato cuisine, well-valued local products and all seasoned with a good choice of wines , already good quality cellar. We will definitely be back soon. Then to digest a nice walk in the historic village of Bistagno which I recommend you look at on Google maps, from above, to grasp its unique morphological peculiarity...see you soon!

I loved it...simplicity is still the soul of the business... Everything is very clean... The people who serve are super nice. As for the price, it's not that expensive. And the food is well served... I went but I'll be back.. Congratulations.
