Nothing to say about the goodness of the products, but for the rest to put a cross on it, terrible service there were 8 of us and one of us had the first course brought to him after over two hours, when we had all finished eating, a surreal situation , never happened in any restaurant I repeat, chapeau for the quality of the dishes, but there is a lot of work to be done on the rest and a pinch of unity on the part of the staff doesn't hurt!!!!!

Very positive experience, I was on 3/9/2023 at this restaurant almost a year ago which I did not review immediately for personal reasons. Let's start from the location, from the environment, I would have given 5 stars because it looked good outdoors with some romantic touches, I didn't give 5 stars only for one reason, which we solved by moving tables immediately, there are some tables that although it is a private area, they have cars passing by on the side, right next to the tables, many restaurants have this thing on the outside tables, let's say that in this case I thought it wasn't like that because you access through a gate to a private car park with a car park next to it little street for residents (I presume). Let's move on to the service, we were served both by the owner, a young, very courteous man who accompanied us for the evening and if I remember correctly by a waiter, I say this because almost a year has passed and we were distracted by the next table where he sat a former employee, with whom at the end of the evening we also spoke to the owner. The service was welcoming, attentive to requests and very courteous, I would say an almost familiar welcome. Food, I give 4 stars and not 5 stars because for the 5 stars especially on the meat... it takes some I'm very demanding, but both the tartare and the fillet and sliced ​​with truffle were good, there were 4 of us, a couple were you went too far in cooking the other two were perfect. For a trattoria and the location, the price was probably a little high, but the quality of the meat was good and considering that there were some truffle flakes, I'd say it's okay! Excellent tiramisu, if I remember correctly, homemade, I don't remember any good side wine but if I'm not mistaken it was some chicory or salad. I definitely recommend it as it was recommended to me by the locals. When we return to Anzio, a visit will be obligatory for our palate! Of the dishes I can only recommend the meat and the dessert because we only ate this (it was an evening dedicated only to grilled meat on purpose)

Solo persone che amano veramente il loro lavoro possono essere così gentili, accoglienti e professionali. Abbiamo cenato ieri sera e ci siamo sentiti accolti come se fossimo amici. Siete veramente eccezionali perché è difficile trovare questo calore nei ristoranti. Tutti i piatti erano squisiti e abbondanti e ad un prezzo onesto. L'antipasto misto aveva i veri sapori della cucina romana. Le pappardelle al cinghiale avevano un condimento molto abbondante e i carciofi erano tenerissimi. Bravisssimissimi!
