After walking through the most characteristic alleys we came across this restaurant. A wonderful place as it is located near the cathedral and the sea. Very welcoming environment, friendly and helpful staff, excellent fish-based lunch, I must say that everything was delicious and of high quality. To be done again, we will definitely be back ☺️❤️

A true marvel!
A Palm Sunday dedicated to family and a traditional fish-based lunch.
And today at Medium Cooking we enjoyed some magnificent carpaccio, spectacular sea urchins not only in color but also in taste and scent of the sea. Stuffed cuttlefish and to finish a linguine with the sauce of a giant gurnard.
Impeccable service and Easter atmosphere.
Also excellent for celiac diners.
Overall, 10/10!
Go there and you won't regret your choice.

Una giornata di relax a Trani...molto piacevole mangiare nel gazebo esterno accarezzati dal sole ☀️.

Very nice place near the cathedral. Since I really like "riso, patate e cozze" in Puglia, I tried it here too. Deliciously seasoned. Easy. And tasty.

Posto di mare fantastico, con prelibatezze di pesce per tutti i palati ed una qualità ed una ricerca dei sapori oltre ogni rosea previsione.
Staff preparato e cordialissimo, soprattutto merita una mensione d'onore il cameriere Giovanni, che ci ha consigliato la scelta delle portate giuste, in base alle nostre richieste, accontentandoci in ogni nostra richiesta.
Da riprovare sicuramente!

Ristorante situato nel centro storico di Trani, a pochi passi dalla meravigliosa cattedrale a picco sul mare. Personale gentile ma servizio lentissimo! Servirebbe qualche unità in più. Il cibo davvero sposa la tradizione marinare di questa cittadina. Tutto rigorosamente fresco e genuino. Il bilancia dei sapori è ben studiato per garantire la massima esperienza alle papille gustative che , nonostante il caldo, possono rinfrescarsi con deliziosi piatti. Un punto di riferimento, sicuramente, per questa cittadina. Attrezzati per i celiaci
