Walking around the city of Trani I came across this small bakery. The scent of bread, focaccia and other delicacies speaks for itself of the flavors and choice of ingredients. Mr Marco, behind the counter, described to me the products they make, including bread toasted and sautéed in a pan with turnip greens and other simple ingredients, to give that unique taste and aroma of the ancient family recipe and, in general, of the women of Trani.
