Insider tip for Sardinian cuisine and an absolute hit. Great, cozy place with a very friendly team. The marinated sardines are buttery and not fishy or sour. Sardinian sausage and cheese platter with honey. The smoked Sardinian ricotta, a very mild cheese, was an absolute treat combined with the sausage and honey. Never eaten typical Sardinian Zuppa Cuata before. Simple and super tasty. Sardinian fregola with seafood is a dream. Sardinian white flan with caramelized fruits. Bravo. We were absolutely thrilled. We would be happy to come back and recommend Osteria Chèz Cocò.

An excellent restaurant, fresh produce, very good value for money, I highly recommend it. A playlist of my generation, excellent evening. Everything was delicious.

05/10/2023: It is a historic restaurant in Porto Cervo, perhaps the first. The standard of the cuisine is of a good standard. A few years ago we met Carolina di Monaco with her boyfriend Stefano Casiraghi. Good times. Massimo, the owner is from Viareggino but he is renowned for the Milanese cutlet
02/10/2023: Very unusual, good food, a somewhat unconventional but very friendly boss, narrow tables in the arcade next to the street. Yeah, something different. If you know the other restaurants, this is a good change. (Tables up to 4 seats outside)

31/10/2023: My husband and I visited after reading the great reviews and noticing the queues outside one evening. We didn’t have to queue when we went and sat outside which was pleasant. The decor is quite basic but the food is anything but. My husband had the meatball pizza and I had a margarita and it was phenomenal. We tried to go back the next day but it was a Sunday so it was closed. Honestly the pizza is amazing and there are masses of flavour combinations to choose from. Service is also very good.
