Excellent bar in Oropa, where you can stop especially after a nice walk in the mountains that frame the wonderful Sanctuary.

Polite, professional, excellent food both sweet and savory, aperitifs....chocolate.....cakes.....specialty liqueurs and much more, congratulations, well done!

Eravamo in 8 e abbiamo chiesto qualcosa da mangiare e del bere Birre fortunatamente molto buone, ma mancava tutto il resto. Abbiamo chiesto panini con speck e formaggio e non c'erano, allora siamo passati alla focaccia con prosciutto e formaggio. Erano abbastanza bruciate. Cameriere distratte e confuse. Locale molto bello e storico, ma c'è molto da migliorare.

Locale suggestivo e magnificamente arredato. Immersi in una atmosfera dal fascino di tempi passati in cui sorseggiare una cioccolata calda deliziosa accompagnata da un ottimo croissant. Ampio locale in cui la gentilezza del personale fa sentire adulti e bambini a proprio agio. Magico caffè Deiro e magica Oropa.

Very positive experience, very kind staff and owner and excellent quality of the products. I recommend and will definitely return.

Fixed stop when I go up to the Sanctuary. In summer under the arcades we take the famous platters with quality cured meats and cheeses accompanied by excellent warm bread. The pinsas are also good. The coffee with cream is a must. In winter I don't go much, but it's normal that if someone arrives on holidays or Christmas, New Year, Epiphany etc. You can take into account that you cannot be served in 10 minutes given the influx of pilgrims. If you want to hurry, you have another 300 days in a year to go. BUT THOSE WHO GO TO OROPA USUALLY DON'T GO IN A HURRY. THE QUIET IS THE MAIN FEATURE THAT MAKES ME APPRECIATE THE PLACE SO MUCH. Returning to Caffè Deiro, SIMONE, THE OWNER IS ALWAYS KIND AS ARE THE GUYS IN CHARGE OF SERVING THE TABLES. W IL Caffè Deiro, go there!!!

After 20 minutes of waiting, I was finally able to order a chocolate with cream (the most traditional product of the place) which arrived only after another 20 minutes, but without the cream, due to an apparent problem with the cream machine. Despite this, at the checkout they asked me to pay the full price (I had to point out the mistake) and when I pointed out the unreasonable waiting times I was told that they only have two machines for making chocolate. I don't see why it should be a customer issue, especially with such a traditional product.
