The wife manages the dining room and the husband manages the kitchen: two of them do everything, so the timing requires not being in a hurry. But every minute is made pleasant by the service, impeccable and attentive, with the excellent idea of ​​accompanying some dishes with explanations not only verbally, but in small, nice cards that avoid forgetting the details. It is clear that both come from international and starred experiences, the chef has been abroad, at Crippa and at Renzo in Cervere. And it shows in the dishes, carefully crafted with tradition, creativity and technique. I start with two traditionalist jars (egg in bagnet verd and raschera celery apple salad) to open up to appetizers such as prawns with pork belly, excellent, and the spectacular veal with tuna sauce yesterday today tomorrow, three variations with different meats and treatments. The traditional plin are perfect, the ravioli with calamari are delicate and fragrant, the fassona with oyster is once again a memorable dish, with a very rich sauce. Both the Catalan with stuffed peaches and the semifreddo with meliga pastries with zabaglione cream and dolcetto convince until the end. Ho prenotato un tavolo per sette persone e la titolare molto gentile mi informava come indicato sul sito che tavoli cosi' numerosi era meglio concordare un menu che abbiamo deciso noi tra le varie proposte della loro carta. Tutto preparato con attenzione e qualità. Prezzo corretto (facendo il menu ci è stato accordato uno sconto) assolutamente da ritornare per assaggiare le proposte di pesce, visto che il nostro menu era di carne della tradizione.
