Ok, it may not have been a gourmet experience, I admit, but find me a restaurant with an atmosphere like that. Eating while chatting with Pasqualino, discussing the work of Nuto Revelli, listening to the stories of the Maira valley. Do as you want, I'll be back!

Simple and clean place, like staying at home. The menu has no frills but everything is very good and abandoned. Prices more than fair. In short, if you are snotty and looking for a sophisticated location that will "comb" you when it comes time to pay the bill, don't go here. Posto semplice e pulito, come stare a casa. Il menù senza fronzoli ma tutto molto buono e abbandonate. Prezzi più che onesti. Insomma, se siete con la puzza sotto il naso e cercate una location sofisticata che vi "pettina" al momento del conto non andate qui.
