04/05/2024: Attentive, competent and kind service. 6-course tasting menu composed of classic ingredients, always first choice and cutting-edge recipes to inspire and surprise, without ever losing sight of your roots. The wine accompaniment was spot on. Always with your feet on the ground and your head towards the peaks - of flavor and curiosity. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you, we will gladly come back! Special Indo coffee - an exceptional pure Arabica, expertly prepared.
31/03/2024: Everything excellent, with quality raw materials. Handmade pasta. Even the bread, supplied in 4 different types and accompanied by salted butter... Two tastings offered as an entree and a small amaretto to finish. Excellent service, welcoming and clean environment. However, I don't give five stars because the portions are "minimal" compared to the price: 17/18 euros for a first course, 10/12 euros for a dessert...

13/03/2024: The gastrophilosopher. When enthusiasm is authentic it becomes contagious. Luigi says he is a non-butcher and a non-seller but then I always come out with ounces of cured meats and bring him new followers. Good people and good stuff. So good.
29/01/2024: Passeggiando per Mezzano , ci siamo imbattuti in questo "Tempio dei sapori" , perché definirlo macelleria è molto riduttivo . Siamo entrati per prendere un pollo allo spiedo , siamo usciti rigenerati nel palato e nell' amina . Luigi e Simonetta sono degli artisti . Abbiamo assaggiato e dibattuto sui loro eccezionali prodotti , ogni prodotto una storia, un gusto, una sensazione, una percezione diversa . Veramente un esperienza unica .
