Everything excellent, with quality raw materials. Handmade pasta. Even the bread, supplied in 4 different types and accompanied by salted butter... Two tastings offered as an entree and a small amaretto to finish.
Excellent service, welcoming and clean environment.
However, I don't give five stars because the portions are "minimal" compared to the price: 17/18 euros for a first course, 10/12 euros for a dessert...

Impeccable service and excellent food.
Fabulous girls, they chose the perfect wine for us and dedicated a lot of care while still leaving room for a convivial atmosphere.
We tasted many flavors that entertained and surprised us, always in harmony with those of the local tradition.

Sono stata con i miei genitori per la cena della vigilia di Natale. Il locale è caldo e accogliente e ti permette di immergerti nella tradizione trentina. Il menù percorre piatti tipici della tradizione però rivisitati in chiave più moderna e innovativa. Noi abbiamo optato per il Menù degustazione da 4 portate. Ogni singolo piatto era curato nell’impiattamento ed era una vera e propria esplosione di sapori. Non c’è stata una pietanza che non fosse eccellente, dall’ antipasto al dolce. Anche il servizio è stato sempre cordiale e attento fra una portata e l’altra. Ci siamo finiti per caso leggendo qualche recensione ma torneremo sicuramente. Davvero complimenti allo chef e ancora a tutto il personale.
