Per Pasqua, quando si può, non può mancare la pastiera. Quella della pasticceria Giuse a Genova si può considerare una buona pastiera. Una critica, spero costruttiva, visto che il costo della vostra pastiera è uguale a quelle napoletane che puoi ricevere anche con spedizione, perché non usare un “ruoto” in alluminio come usa a Napoli invece di una tortierina in alluminio morbido con cui si ha difficoltà a tagliare la prima fetta che spesso si sbriciola?
