We eat very well especially the oysters, good service

We ate in this restaurant on Sunday. Before ordering I asked the manager for advice on which dish I could choose, but I was told that everything was fresh (well on Sundays for those who are connoisseurs, we know that fresh fish doesn't arrive) and that they had an internal counter with the catch on display. But that's okay. We order two first courses and two second courses. The first courses were very bad: a linguine with crab (the crab, when I went to the bathroom before ordering, was displayed at the restaurant counter and it was only one; but even when I went to pay it was always there...) which didn't taste like nothing, crab included; the other first course was a penne with swordfish where in practice they made a nice plate of penne with sauce, with a lot of garlic and then for the last few minutes they added some small pieces of swordfish, absolutely not fresh. It was clear that it was It was prepared in this way for the perfect division between the sauce and the swordfish; and then the quantity of sauce was abundant, precisely because the starting point was penne al sugo (chopped tomato). Luckily with the second courses it went better: the cuttlefish and shellfish were fresh, the tuna was absolutely not and the sea bream was decent but not from the sea, but farmed, but still it wasn't bad. The total price would have been very good if the starters hadn't been so mediocre. I therefore recommend avoiding the first courses. Last point: ok in trying to attract people to sit at your restaurant fearing it is an Italian restaurant (all the waiters were foreigners and the restaurant is owned by a Chinese man, as reported on the payment receipt... nothing to say for goodness sake, but it turns out to be an inconsistent statement), but if a no or a non-answer is followed by insensitive comments... well it's very unprofessional..
