It's a nice place, much bigger than it looks. They were kind. We had a quick lunch so not much to add. The food was as I would expect. However the ham and cheese sandwich was ironically outstanding for a ham and cheese. Go and enjoy.

Best bar by far & the staff are tremendous The locals are so friendly and welcome you. It all happens in the bar from morning until night, a real local hub and not all about alcohol! The local kids come in and buy their sweets & ice cream etc. A real treat to see. Fabulous coffee & pastries in the morning & super pizza snacks etc during the day Great wee stop over for cyclists! We stay in the village for 2-3 weeks and just feel part of it.

27/05/2024: Enchanting location, large spaces surrounded by greenery and overlooking the swimming pool. The perfect place to enjoy an aperitif and relax. The very beautiful and truly good dishes offer seasonal cuisine using local products.
20/05/2024: The restaurant is amaz8ng. 5he Chef here is all about presentation and taste. We started with the liver pate with apple. The pate came out with a tiny apple, it was the pate shaped into an apple and covered in green aspec, with sauce. Amazing flavor. My spouse had the Saffron Risotto, I had the pheasant two ways. The pheasant was incredible, the grilled had foie gras cold and encrusted hot on two spots on the plate, and then baked two breasts. OMG, amazing. Both were fantastic. The desserts were excellent as well. Very impressed.

10/12/2023: D’excellentes pizzas à la pâte croustillante et à des prix très corrects. La salle est petite mais le service chaleureux.
02/10/2023: Found it through Tripadvisor at an excursion day in Siena. Good pizza, but only 2 tables and not so beautiful view. One option is to only order a pizza dlice (not mentioned on the board) and sit on the stairs of the adjacent building.
