Very nice place and excellent rooms. The only negative note in my opinion is the lack of a reception and a slightly reduced breakfast time slot.

Beautiful landscape, very nice place with a nice pool

Fairytale resort. Small and quiet, ideal for a relaxing weekend on the Modena hills. The external part is surrounded by greenery, well-kept and with an infinity pool from which you can admire a beautiful panorama. The room, however, the suite with the hydromassage tub, fantastic, modern and equipped with every type of comfort. A mention goes to the breakfast, simple but delicious, with croissants served still warm and fragrant, a vast choice of fresh fruit, muesli, yoghurt and jams. And finally also to the very kind, attentive and helpful staff.

Stunning location in the midst of lush nature but at the same time close to the beautiful town of Vignola. The rooms furnished with a very chic taste and very comfortable. A renovation was carried out with an aesthetic taste attentive to detail. I liked it a lot. Mrs Maria is very kind and discreet, I think she is the manager of the structure. The breakfast is good, even if it lacks savory foods, but that's enough for us Italians. A little advice: improve the cleaning a little. I understand that in an environment surrounded by greenery it may happen that there are dry leaves and some dead insects. Those who live surrounded by greenery understand this..... But in such a spectacular and luxurious place it jars a bit because it gives the sense of neglect......

We were there in January, but at other times of the year everything is certainly more beautiful, from the surrounding landscape to the pool area.. In our room there was a beautiful jacuzzi and a very large and bright bathroom. The only flaw, the bedspread which was too light given the period and the presence of a very badly organized wall hanger with a tube that was too high. If they lowered the tube and put a shelf at the top with a nice extra duvet/blanket it would be better (since when we went out to go to dinner we asked for it at the reception, where they told us that we would find it in the room when we returned, but when we returned he wasn't there).
