Very nice home Impeccable service Hearty and good quality breakfast Completely review the soundproofing; hearing the neighbor pee, flushing the toilet…. It's just impossible for this type of hotel and ask the staff to be more discreet in the corridors. They don't speak they scream And for rooms that do not have shutters, the street lamps are on all night, it is not possible either given the standard of the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel, located in the heart of Ortigia. The service and staff were excellent, and we would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic hotel. Perfectly positioned overlooking the sea and walking distance from all the sites and scenes in Ortigia. Great restaurant, bar and comfortable rooms. But the real pleasure for my wife and I were the super friendly staff.........a huge thanks to Sabrina, Denise, Marko, Matgi, Francesco, Enzo and all the other staff for making our stay so memorable and fun.

Beautiful, visited Burico/Delicatessen store in Ortigia right by the market.

My husband and I stayed in the deluxe spa room while on our honeymoon, and it was perfect. The room itself was beautiful, but it also had its own private rooftop balcony, hot tub, and view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious, and there are lots of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. The concierge helps us book a couples massage and a private boat tour while we were there. Our return flight was delayed by a day, and they were able to extend our booking and reschedule our shuttle to the airport.

Charming hotel with authentically decorated and confortable rooms. Some have a balcony, many have a nice sea view. Well located in Ortigia, minutes from the cathedral. Warm welcome, excellent advice for activities as well as restaurants. It was an truly enjoyable stay. Recommended.
