Warmly welcomed by friendly staff in a rustic atmosphere. The stylish wood-fired oven in the entrance immediately catches the eye. The fact that the restaurant is fully booked on a Wednesday lunchtime speaks for itself. The friendly service and the top pizza with fluffy dough, together with the above-mentioned ambience, only allow for a 5 star rating. 2x tuna pizza 2x Cola 1x mousse eau chocolate with cake = 32 euros More than fair. Definitely highly recommended for us. 👍🏻

I would give it a 3.5 stars. The place is nice even if a little small, if I had to evaluate based on the pizza I would say good, but nothing exceptional, I expected better (compared to the online photos it seemed quite different to me) and also it was full of semolina even on the edge. Even the chocolate tiramisu was nothing exceptional... you absolutely need to book a little in advance. I will come back and try the cuisine.

…la più buona di Trieste. Non napoletana (stranamente!), con impasto multi cereali o integrale, dagli ingredienti inusuali e, alcune, gourmet. Ottima la pizza multi cereali con cime di rapa e salame dolce. Locale moderno e carino, prezzi nella media della città.

Mai ci saremmo aspettati di mangiare una pizza così buona a Trieste, ma ci siamo dovuti ricredere! Impasto alto napoletano e ingredienti ben dosati e soprattutto di qualità. Al primo boccone abbiamo pensato subito che avremmo voluto assaggiarla in tutte le varianti possibili, devono essere tutte squisite. I prezzi delle pizze possono sembrare elevati ma ne vale la pena. Peccato non poterci tornare perché non siamo della zona, ma siamo grati di averla potuta gustare almeno una volta. Tanti complimenti al pizzaiolo!

08/05/2024: We have visited first time Osteria Ai Maestri Trieste, staff was very friendly, English and German speaking. Food was really lovely, pasta and rombo also. I can fully recomend. Looking forward for next visit:-).
05/05/2024: Known on Osteria d'Italia slow food. Warm, only 16 seats. Very good typical cuisine, very kind. Typical dishes done well and delicious.
