We have visited first time Osteria Ai Maestri Trieste, staff was very friendly, English and German speaking. Food was really lovely, pasta and rombo also. I can fully recomend. Looking forward for next visit:-).

Known on Osteria d'Italia slow food. Warm, only 16 seats. Very good typical cuisine, very kind. Typical dishes done well and delicious.

Small place located in one of the alleys of Trieste. Really quality food (unfortunately I don't have any photos because we ate it straight away): we ordered a mussel soup and an octopus salad as starters, both delicious, then we moved on to the first course with spaghetti with clams, tagliolini with scampi (from clean) and ravioli with cod cream. The only small thing I can say is that every now and then there was a bit of broken clam shell in the pasta, but I think that's normal, and one person complained that the tagliolini were a little overcooked. For dessert we ordered really super mascarpone cream. Another super positive note is the kindness and friendliness of the staff: I have never found such kind and welcoming staff!!

Cozy tavern with small but well-organised interior spaces. Very kind staff in handling customers and with particular attention to making you feel at home. Delicious and plentiful dishes! Must try 👌

Locale piccolo con pochi tavoli all'interno, e dispone di piccola terrazza all' esterna. Materia prima di assoluta qualità. Piatti ben eseguiti. Merita una segnalazione particolare il baccalà mantecato che è di ottimo livello. Prezzi assolutamente in linea e senza sorprese. Bravi.

16/03/2024: Good food. Excellent quality/price. Choice between meat or fish menu. Good wines. Excellent desserts. Kindness and courtesy. We did not use room service so we cannot give opinions. Anyway recommended! Reservation is useful.

05/04/2024: Nice place in Trieste. The pizza is quite tasty and the restaurant is well kept and modern. The service was on the slower side, hence the 4 stars. I really enjoyed my pizza, it was very authentic, you can tell that they used quality ingredients. I would recommend!
