It was a wonderful experience even if I had to wait three years... I live in Milan and I usually come to Parma on weekends. But this time I had a guided tour of the Magnani Rocca Foundation and I managed to book. Exquisite food, exquisite hospitality. I recommend it but it is best to book well in advance. It's worth it

the food is excellent, service average and I absolutely recommend the pastas freshly handmade by them. The ice cream is choreographic but it's still ice cream.. nothing special..
They use a reservation system that deliberately makes them seem always sold out (and therefore "exclusive"), but it's a half-truth, we ended up without a reservation for a second time and found a seat (even the first time the tables weren't all full). However we were satisfied, it is definitely worth it, but the same quality can also be found in other places in the province/city with less "fuss". The actors that happen to us every now and then certainly don't work for months at a time hehe.

Pranzato in questo ristorante che della Trattoria presenta solo l insegna. Ambiente bello e curato, personale di sala straordinariamente gentile (grazie a Maura per il consiglio sul gelato!). Le pietanze sono curate negli ingredienti e nell'impiattamento. Sono preparate al momento quindi i tempi di attesa...
