14/03/2024: Truly BAD, the worst of the worst! Ordered a sandwich at 9pm... at 10pm the waiter arrives to tell me that the sandwich is no longer available. Really poor service

We tasted several sandwiches prepared by the friendly owner who also recommended a series of really good combinations. Quality and price really well balanced.

23/03/2024: Michela hosted a cooking class for my family of 4, plus our friends (another family of 4), on a spring break visit to Rome from the United States. IT WAS AMAZING AND ONE OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR 5 DAYS IN ROME. First, the food: Michela created a perfect menu to accommodate a gluten allergy AND four picky children, which had us cooking an asparagus risotto, saltimbocca, and a tiramisu. Everything was delicious. Incredibly delicious. The adults ate everything. The kids ate everything. The adults drank delicious prosecco and wine. Second, the hosts: Michela and her partner, Andrea, were so lovely. They were patient and kind to us but most importantly to our children, deftly and seamlessly incorporating them into the cooking process at every step --- preparing the vegetables, cooking the broth and rice, layering the saltimbocca, and separating and whipping the eggs to prepare the tiramisu. At one point, when one of our kids mistakenly mixed the yolk and egg whites, Michela somehow --- with incredibly grace and panache! --- salvaged it all and still turned out a PERFECT whip, all the while with such remarkable humor and personality. The conversation and music --- we all sang while cooking! --- are fantastic. Third, the location: The apartment itself (the class/dinner location) is beautiful, and in an amazing location, right on the Piazza San Calisto in Trastevere. We arrived a few minutes early on a Sunday night and enjoyed a marvelous jazz quartet playing in the piazza, where our kids danced and we enjoyed the view and aperitivi. When you visit Rome, you probably have a several "must see" items: the forum and colosseum, the pantheon, the vatican museums, and so on. This should be on your list, too. I recommend it to anyone and everyone, on any and every trip to Rome.

23/02/2024: Michela is a unique old soul who will make you feel like you have been friends forever! Her magnetic personality and zest for life, food and wine is amazing. My husband and I had the privalege of a private tour with her where we started at several markets to learn more about the local produce, salumeria and cheese. We then went to her beautiful cooking studio in the heart of Trastevere and spent the next couple of hours making some amazing dishes with her. We had tried making homemade pasta at home but had never been sucessful but with her expert instruction we have now made it by ourselves with amazing success! If you are going to Rome, you MUST book some time with Michela! We understand she does amazing dinner parties where you can sign up and be with people from all around the world, who cook and eat together. We haven't had tme to fit that in yet but it on our list. You must come to Rome and experience Michela for yourself!

24/03/2024: Indecent place in terms of service, more than an hour and a half just to have a sandwich, that's all I can say. Furthermore, I was accused of rudeness for complaining about the long wait and for taking a photo of the place... for a simple review. Absurd!

18/03/2024: Historic pub...always high quality...the entire supply chain is good...beers, wines and spirits...very pleasant outdoor space...classic pub food menu...quality ratio / right price..... Possibility to watch the matches, there are several screens. I recommend it to you

07/03/2024: I have been going to this small but welcoming place several times now with my family and friends. Andrea and Barbara are really good restaurateurs. Excellent food and always quality ingredients. In addition to the classics of Roman cuisine, Andrea always offers new dishes, which I recommend trying! We will keep coming back!

28/12/2023: We have been regular customers since the first day of opening... we can't ask for anything better! quality of food, impeccable service and a very welcoming environment! The criticisms that are made (few) in my opinion, come from people who criticize anyone! Criticisms must be considered and not made because during a service errors can be made which are promptly discovered!! Anyway, having said that, for me it's the best!1

16/11/2023: Yesterday I ate at this piadineria after noticing it on various social media. The piadina was just like in the videos: giant, super stuffed and really crunchy. Never eaten a piadina like this. It's true that you have to wait a bit, but only because the lady prepares all the fresh ingredients with care and attention. It's not like other piadina shops where all the ingredients are already ready and often not their own. Sincere congratulations :)
