Service: professional, kind and pleasant without being intrusive.
Environment: very welcoming, well-kept but at the same time relaxing and simple.
Excellent quality/price ratio.
Definitely worth trying if you are in Cervinia, you will most likely return soon like we did or at the next opportunity.

19/02/2024: Ciao. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, i miei gnocchi al sugo erano squisiti e anche i piatti che avete portato a mamma e papà. Dolci meravigliosi.
I camerieri sono stati molto gentili e simpatici con me.

16/02/2024: Ormai sono 3 anni che ogni volta che siamo a Zermatt cerchiamo di venire a pranzo a Cervinia alla Bricole. Non dico che sia una passeggiata visto che spesso non ci riesce di prenotare per telefono quindi ci passiamo di persona, però ne vale veramente la pena. I ravioli all’astice e i pate sono i migliori delle Alpi. Poi se ci passi la mattina, fatti fare un cappuccino, che per trovarne uno a questo livello ti tocca sciare fino a Roma 😜

06/04/2024: Very good food, slow service (but I think it's typical of mountain places where people have the privilege of not having to rush), high prices (16 euros for a polenta with only cheese, although really delicious).
Friendly staff, nice environment.
Maybe they would say something to the parents who make their children (barefoot?) watch cartoons at the table... it's not respectful towards the other customers.

01/04/2024: Had a lovely lunch here. Good local food and super friendly service. We came a second time and it was just as good. Proper Aosta food after a morning skiing pow. Just what my body needs, the alpage soup and the beef fillet wrapped in lard were purely medicinal for achey legs. Couple of killer Aosta wines really helped soothe the pain. The whole experience is just what anyone who loves food and the the mountains could wish for.
19/03/2024: The restaurant offers outdoor tables, surrounded by lots of snow with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn, a wonderful day. The food was also excellent, we had lunch and the dishes are inspired by local cuisine. Impeccable service. Advised!

28/08/2023: Very good!! One of the best pizzas and pizza dough I have ever eaten!! Very nice and cozy place, great variety of desserts, the pistachio cream and the delicious cheesecake!! The only bad thing is that soft drinks at €3.50 seem excessively expensive to me.
27/08/2023: I ate for dinner in this pizzeria serving typical food in the Aosta Valley. I was really impressed by the fondue served with croutons for dipping, very good. The second course I wanted to try the pork ribs with barbeque sauce (nothing special, specially on the menu for foreigners who want to go classic). the other people with me all had pizza which I must say met my expectations, very good. the place is very nice and there is both an internal and external space. I must say the service was quite slow but the waiters were very courteous and helpful.

28/03/2024: Very nice, very clean rooms. In my opinion the restaurant is the best restaurant in the area. We recommend. The family is nice and hardworking. It's a bit off the road, so it's a bit lonely in the winter. You have to drive to the ski areas. It is almost exactly in the middle of the gondola in Valtourneche and the cable cars in Cervinia. A recommendation just because of the restaurant.

La scelta del menù è un po’ ristretta.
Consigliato per chi ama una cucina sofisticata ma sicurante di altissimo livello.

Mangiato uno sformato di carciofo, una fonduta ed un pollo alla valdostana. Ultimato con un tiramisu al caramello di caffè.
Tutto molto buono.
Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliato alla grande. Ci tornerò di sicuro!
