Go there with your eyes closed.
Yes for Susanna who is very kind and very nice like the other girl.
Go there for the bread; I swear you will be speechless.
Go there for the food.
Today we had the lamb and the pigeon....
...exceptional.
I should have taken photos...sorry it's the only thing wrong with this lunch and it's all my fault.

Here we are, having just left this absolutely wonderful restaurant, both for the kindness of everyone and the deliciousness of the food!
This place is truly worth it, you will not be disappointed, in fact you will want to return.
Today egg in cocotte with porcini mushrooms and then rack of lamb with citrus fruit puree.
Oh well they change their menu in a week, so for those who still have time go there soon!
Personally, I can't wait to discover the new surprises, which will surely be exceptional!

24/03/2024: We stayed for 3 days for lunch or dinner.
The work menu is good for lunch and the à la carte menu in the evening is excellent.
The scallops with porcini mushrooms are special.
Courteous and fast service.
Very good pizzas.
Compliments!
02/03/2024: I usually eat Tex Mex but today I opted for a pizza. Excellent as is the service. I recommend the Mexican Steak

26/02/2024: Questa cantina ci è stata consigliata dagli albergatori dove abbiamo alloggiato.
Luogo molto caratteristico, personale attento al cliente, disponibile.
Ho apprezzato il filetto di cervo: carne ottima, sia per il sapore che per la consistenza (si scioglieva in bocca), spaghettoni in camicia con tartufo buoni, il tartufo non era preponderante come sapore.
Personale gentile e servizievole.
19/02/2024: Location super, in stile tipico valdostano ma molto elegante
Cena al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, con piatti ricercati e materie prime d’eccellenza ma senza trascurare la tradizione. Amo use bouche fantastico come il pre dessert e i dolcini che accompagnano il caffè.
Personale di sala competente e attento senza mai essere invadente.
Per concludere un plauso allo chef che a fine cena passa ai tavoli per caprire se andava tutto bene!!
Bravi continuate così.

17/08/2023: Leuke pizzeria. We hebben hier niet binnen gegeten, maar alleen afgehaald. Werkelijk heerlijke pizza’s voor zeer weinig geld. Een Margeritha voor €6,- is een schijntje.

03/09/2023: Siamo andati a cena salendo a Valgrisenche e immaginando un semplice locale di montagna. Invece abbiamo trovato un menù diverso e curato, molto piacevole, e una ottima carta dei vini. Davvero consigliato. Una bella sorpresa.
31/08/2023: Albergo ristorante situato in un bel borgo all’inizio della Valgrisenche.
Sono stato a pranzo con amici ed è stata una bella esperienza.
Il menù varia spesso, io ho assaggiato polenta con guancia di maialino, ben eseguita.
Servizio veloce, ma un po’ confusionario.
Cantina discretamente fornita con ricarichi corretti.
Prezzi leggermente sopra la media
