06/04/2024: Not a simple dinner at a restaurant but a real experience! The place is very beautiful and original, with a suggestive atmosphere. Impeccable service and refined dishes. I recommend it, a restaurant you absolutely must try!

24/03/2024: We have gone several times over the years and the atmosphere is always suggestive, a very romantic place, as far as the cuisine is concerned obviously you have to like the refined dishes with particular but good and fresh raw materials. There is both a tasting and à la carte menu. Furthermore, the super professional and talented owner Sara together with her family (chef-staff) have been passionate about attention to detail for years. Recommended for a romantic dinner 👍🏼

30/03/2024: A very characteristic place, very well-trained and welcoming staff, the dishes ordered are truly excellent, the cheese trolley comparable to SANTA BABILONIA, the wine list excellent. I recommend trying the chef's dish of the day. COMPLIMENTS!!!!

09/03/2024: Beautiful characteristic place in Cogne. Super attentive and kind service, we received a welcome appetizer with an excellent spiced wine! Then we were advised not to order too much in order to properly enjoy the dish we had chosen to share: fondue! Really spacey, excellent and plentiful! It's a shame we weren't able to taste the desserts, with the coffee they also bring a homemade hazelnut biscuit... in short, everything is spectacular including the location and the bread!!! Also highly recommended for the quality-price ratio!

24/02/2024: Place with a nice atmosphere: soft lights, background music. Warm welcome. Limited menu offering but it is explained that the chef prefers to focus on a few dishes that change seasonally rather than having a broad offering. We tasted duck and fish soup and a cheese plate. Each dish is explained to make you understand the preparation behind it. If you want to taste Breton cuisine in Aosta this place is highly recommended. 17/02/2024: My husband and I decided to book a room here at the last minute as we wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains with our baby girl. We’re so happy we did! The hotel were able to accommodate us arriving on a Friday evening. They warmly welcomed us and were prompt in checking us in and getting our bags delivered to our room so we were able to use the spa before it closed for the night. They also made our baby some fresh vegetable purée as we needed, and booked us a dinner reservation. The staff were all around incredible especially with our baby, and really make this place feel like a home. The details all over are also so intimate and feel like a family member’s alpine chalet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The spa was nice although very small, especially the outdoor pool but decent enough. The sauna and steam room were nice. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good. We will definitely return.

17/03/2024: Update ! I confirm THE pearl! A pearl in Val D'Aosta A magical place where cuisine and kindness are the rule. Go there with your eyes closed. Yes for Susanna who is very kind and very nice like the other girl. Go there for the bread; I swear you will be speechless. Go there for the food. Today we had the lamb and the pigeon.... ...exceptional. I should have taken photos...sorry it's the only thing wrong with this lunch and it's all my fault. See you soon !!!! Martin and Gabriella Ps: we went back 2 days later (yes) and I took photos there.... 17.03.2024 Here we are, having just left this absolutely wonderful restaurant, both for the kindness of everyone and the deliciousness of the food! This place is truly worth it, you will not be disappointed, in fact you will want to return. Today egg in cocotte with porcini mushrooms and then rack of lamb with citrus fruit puree. Oh well they change their menu in a week, so for those who still have time go there soon! Personally, I can't wait to discover the new surprises, which will surely be exceptional! 01/04/2024: We had lunch at this restaurant at Easter. Fantastic and tasteful place! The wooden furniture, even without being too traditional, makes it warm and welcoming. The impression is of entering someone's home. The view, from the large windows, is breathtaking over the Plaine! Lunch, perfect. Very rich and original menu. "Tastings" (...luckily!! ;) of 2 starters, 2 first courses and 1 second course, dessert and coffee. The price was more than reasonable for what was offered and considering that 1 bottle of good red wine costs around 15/20 euros! We will definitely be back to try the 'à la carte' dishes! Thank you!

23/03/2024: We had dinner one evening with friends who had enjoyed the hotel. The meal was excellent with sophisticated dishes and it is the best restaurant among those tested in Courmayeur. A great discovery with attentive service and a reasonable price.

24/02/2024: Arriving by chance for lunch, we received a great welcome, and consequently an excellent presentation of the menu. Great willingness to offer tastings of the various dishes chosen. Good and well presented dishes all with high quality products, with an eye to local producers. Wide choice on the wine list. Right relationship between price and quality. Advised.

27/01/2024: A truly superb experience of typical Aosta Valley cuisine. The dishes on the menu are few and masterfully cooked. The concia polenta, available in three versions (normal, concia - with fontina, fat - with fontina and butter) is superb. Meat and sausages melt in your mouth. Informal and relaxing environment, smiling and courteous staff.
