27/03/2024: We hadn't been there for years, but found the quality that everyone talks about and that lies in people's word of mouth. We ate the one with only fish but there are so many prawns and scampi, the paella is tasty and the quantity is satiating. We also liked the sangria which was not too sweet and not a "fruit salad". We diversified the desserts to be able to taste many of them, I took the more classic Creme Catalana with the original hint of fume and I also liked the cake which looks like a zuccotto filled with cream whose Spanish name I don't remember. Friendly, smiling and attentive staff. (They come by at the end of the paella to remove any rice scattered on the table so that it doesn't stick to your sleeves and you can be comfortable while waiting for dessert or coffee) an attention that I appreciated.

28/02/2024: Cozy restaurant in the center of Cologna. The care taken in the kitchen and the extreme research into the ingredients are noticeable. A point of excellence are the wines: Ivano and Barbara are competent Sommeliers who will be able to guide you in your choice. In summary: I will definitely be back!☺️

26/09/2023: Very family atmosphere, no frills but welcoming place. Fast and friendly service, the menu is simple with a nice variety of tapas and then paella in its variations, the real protagonist. I haven't had the chance to taste the original yet but I really liked it. Each fish was cooked just right, as was the rice which I found perfect with those crunchy grains sticking to the edge of the pan as tradition dictates. Generous portions and certainly more than satisfying… I will gladly return!

08/03/2024: The paella was excellent and well garnished, the owner was friendly, always attentive to every need and able to advise on the best. The place was quiet and informal, the price was right. I will definitely return. I recommend it to anyone.

28/12/2023: Siamo stati al Rubens per il pranzo di Natale, locale pieno ma i tavoli erano molto distanziati e non ci si disturbava a vicenda. Il pranzo è stato ottimo con prodotti di prima qualità, la gentilezza della proprietaria Marisa e la bravura della cuoca Cecilia hanno fatto il resto.

24/12/2023: Mai piu prezzi non adatto per il posto c'è di molto meglio non distante per non parlare dell menù molto povero e costoso non consiglio
15/10/2023: Disturbati da un gatto abbiamo dovuto cambiare posto e rinunciare al pranzo all’aperto… non solo il conto non è affatto economico … ma 4€ di servizio a testa dopo averci anche spostato è davvero irrispettoso del cliente! Delusione perché era un posto che frequentavamo volentieri!
