05/09/2024: Wonderful desserts, we have visited many cities and we live in a city with many pastry shops and yet this little jewel was a revelation that goes straight into the top 3 of the best pastry shops I have ever entered, everything was to our liking, everything had a balanced taste and the flavors stood out perfectly, truly an excellence of this small inland village to be cherished, the environment was very tidy and clean and the service was polite and kind, nothing short of 5 stars , an infinite number of stars!

09/11/2024: Actually nice food and fair prices. An alternative for when you've had enough spaghetti or pizza. Unfortunately a lot of dishes are not available. It's mainly for take away or delivery, but there is a small place to sit in front of the restaurant. Not table service though.

01/10/2024: What on earth is going on here…. I can’t even begin to understand the good reviews for this Restaurant. Arrived at this beautiful location very excited, expecting to have a true gastronomic feast and wow what an incredible let down. 4 of us, ordered 11 items from the menu and the best thing by far was the bread/olive oil. Shocking how the head chef could try any of what was served and think that guests would enjoy any of it. Risotto/pasta/linguine dishes- bland is such an understatement! Sicilian/Italian food should be rich and have depth that comes from being made with love and passion for all things food. The risotto especially was a total embarrassment to gastronomy.. Cod cous-cous and the octopus with pickled vegetables were both awfully boring with literally zero flavour. Embarrassing to serve such flat and bland food! Served alongside the amazing olive oil was a huge salt dispenser, could the concept of this place be ‘season and flavour the food by yourself’….. lentil/veg soup looked incredible, then one bite and the sadness just grew! seemed like it was prepared by a robot(honestly how can something so tasteless be served to anyone). The beef tartare was partly still frozen! The sea bass tartare had what might be considered a ‘hint’ of flavour but maybe I am kidding myself and starting to feel sorry for this place. Please do not even consider going to this place if like ourselves, you have travelled and sampled fine cuisine from many incredible establishments across the globe. The car journey back to the villa was part shock and part hilarious outbursts of what did we just experience.

01/08/2024: Les glaces et granita (granité) typiquement italiennes sont exceptionelles!!!!!!! super conseillé pour retrouver et surtout gouter toutes les spécialités siciliennes et italiennes!! situé en plein centre historique de Rome...un très bon repère

Scoperto a settembre 2024, questo angolino meraviglioso di Mondello, col suo negozio e le sue botti sparse per la piazzetta, riflettono la personalità della tripletta che lo gestisc: esperienza indimenticabile, non solo per il cibo ed il vino, ma soprattutto per le Persone che abbiamo conosciuto e che ho abbracciato a malincuore il giorno della partenza.
