06/04/2024: The single greatest restaurant experience we enjoy during this trip to Milan.
The manager was wonderfully accommodation after some confusion with the third-party reservation service.
The wine recommendation was spot-on and the wine was delicious.
The lamb shoulder risotto was the best risotto we have ever had.
The arancini is fantastic and the bread is made from their leftover, homemade bread, which is also delicious.
And to top it all off, the pork “Elephant Ear” was huge and phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked.
I hope to return one day and try other owns on their menu. It’s obvious that they take great pride in their business and we can’t wait to go back.
04/04/2024: Ristorante scoperto per caso che consiglio a tutti. Ottima qualità del cibo, piatti ben presentati e giusta quantità, prezzi giusti.. senza dimenticare gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

06/04/2024: Good Neapolitan pizza, even if a little burnt on the bottom. Slightly noisy environment. Kindness and speed. Not low prices: €18 for pizza and drink. You can't book, but for a table for two it wasn't necessary to wait outside in line.

06/04/2024: I came with my family in 2018, and I remembered the name because I found the place great and super good! Today came with my husband in 2024, nothing has changed everything is still as good and a great welcome. The service is fast and friendly.

04/04/2024: Perfect place for dinner, If you are in Bergamo you should go there.
01/04/2024: A little noisy but the atmosphere is there! Music and dancing from the waiters… The food is excellent and the proportions very generous. We ate carbonaras and a pizza. Note that it is easily possible to ask to take away the last of your pizza, most of the regular customers around us have done so.

07/04/2024: Very tasty and pleasantly leavened pizza. I recommend taking the escarole pizza as an appetizer which they serve in a revisited version with pizza dough, with escarole, salted anchovies and olives.

06/04/2024: the waiter didnt care at all about us, he was rude! My fork was dirty and they still taxed us €10 for cutlery!! The food itself is overpriced and I don’t recommend it !! Looks cool from the outside but a stupid experience!!
30/03/2024: It’s a tourist trap by definition.
They do everything they can to lure you, once inside, they no longer even consider you.
Knowing that they add a tip to the final bill.

Tip: take 10 minutes more and go to the UCI in Bicocca.

Hard working and polite staff. The food is not as good as its price, definitely you find cheaper Pizza al trancio with higher quality, less greasy, and bigger with lower price!
31/03/2024: The first Spontini is modernised, like the others in the chain. The pizzas now offered, in addition to the classic tomato and mozzarella + anchovies, normal or abundant, also include cooked ham, artichokes, raw ham, etc.
On average, the quality of the pizzas, by the slice, thick and a little fried underneath, I find to be still good, even if many complain about a decrease in quality.
