20/10/2025: A very well-known address in Rome, it's definitely worth the detour for a few specific reasons. First, their tiramisu: without a doubt the best I've ever eaten. You can really taste the traditional recipe. Another favorite: the artichoke salad, both cooked and semi-cooked, a real treat. Simple but perfectly executed, it showcases the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The rest of the menu is good but nothing special. Nothing exceptional in terms of pizzas or main courses, but you have to admit that the ingredients are impeccable.

11/11/2025: We chose Il Grotto Bagat for our wedding lunch and couldn't have asked for anything better. The food was excellent, with generous portions and attention to every detail. The service was impeccable: the staff were always present, attentive, and professional, without ever being intrusive. The elegant atmosphere made the day even more special. They accommodated our every request, from the menu to the room decor, from the cake to the wines, demonstrating great availability and extraordinary care. Everything was simply perfect. We recommend Il Grotto Bagat to anyone looking for a unique experience, characterized by quality, attention, and authentic hospitality.

07/09/2025: The management of this restaurant has changed, and so has the chef. Luigi is no longer in the kitchen...he cooked with passion and respect for the ingredients and the customer. I ordered the same first course...nothing like it in every way...The wine (perhaps Tavernello would have been better), the service...Well...let's forget it...The super high bill...What can I say...

18/10/2025: Extremely friendly, even warm, and very accommodating service! A super nice team was fully committed! We felt very comfortable, and the food was excellent! I had barely ordered the pizza when, to my surprise, it was served. Shortly afterward, the spicy dish for my wife arrived. Even the boss was there and chatted with us in German. To finish off, a double portion of delicious dessert... We are so happy we received this tip at our accommodation. 19/08/2025: Truly excellent pizza, the photos speak for themselves. We usually order takeout, but on Sunday evening we decided to dine in. The pizzas were consistently good, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to the needs of a large table of adults and three children: anyone with young children knows what I'm talking about. 14/07/2025: I'm a Neapolitan pizza lover, and traveling a lot for work, I've tasted it everywhere, from Shanghai to Los Angeles, and of course, Naples. I found myself on a Monday evening in this hotel in the middle of a semi-abandoned industrial area, with everything closed off except for this small pizzeria, mostly for takeout but with a few tables for dine-in. I entered unsure, and I wasn't even that keen on eating pizza. I absentmindedly ordered a buffalo mozzarella, and when the very kind pizza chef came to my table, I couldn't help but comment: generous! The pizza was large, well-rolled, with a thinner crust than the average Neapolitan one—which I greatly appreciated because, as it's usually untopped, I leave it on the plate, like many do. It was cooked to perfection, loaded with tomato, fresh buffalo mozzarella, and a smattering of basil that gave it a truly exceptional aroma. My senses were awakened, my taste buds began to fire, and even though I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it all, I devoured it in the blink of an eye. If I were to rank the best pizzas I've ever eaten, I have no hesitation in saying that this one takes the top three spots, competing with award-winning pizzas I've had the pleasure of tasting. A real surprise. Long live Neapolitan pizza!

26/08/2025: Family run little bar and pizzeria. Nice and welcoming staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had a slice of mushroom pizza, a supplí and orange juice. Everything very delicious and price is cheap! I had to spend a few hours for a train connection problem and they allowed me to stay and work on my laptop.

17/07/2025: The perfect place to grab a quick coffee, take a lunch break, buy cigarettes, refills, etc. Excellent pizza, friendly and professional staff, highly recommended.

16/10/2025: Pizza specialty, very thin... could it be the typical Sienese pizza?... with excellent quality ingredients, friendly and efficient service.
