03/04/2024: Returning from the Easter holidays we decided to make a stop in Termoli to break the journey and we pleasantly found ourselves in this restaurant which, due to its style, takes us back to the past as beauty, due to its food it makes us taste flavors from different countries and for the service it reminds us that cooking is a serious thing. I was very impressed by the attention to allergens which is highlighted in detail on the paper menu. Congratulations 🤗

06/04/2024: We ate at this restaurant in Termoli going there blindly, without having read reviews or anything else. It was late and we sat down in the first place we saw. Fair price for what we ate, 75 euros for three for three first courses, a generous shared starter, a dessert, a small carafe of wine and 2 coffees. Pleasant, quiet environment in a small street near the castle. The service was also good, efficient and kind, nothing to say. Some criticisms about the food: the mixed fish starter was good, especially the cold part. While we weren't too satisfied with the former; spaghetti with clams a little too creamy, it seemed like there was a bit of cream inside and the clams were not particularly tasty, we ate much better ones coming from Naples, among other things, where fish is at home. But this is a completely personal opinion, perhaps many people like how they do it. Furthermore, the Sorrento gnocchi were also a little too soft. In short, in general in our opinion the place is not bad, but personally if we return to Termoli and find ourselves eating out, we will look for something else.
02/04/2024: A pleasant discovery, we had lunch here on Easter day. The cuisine is pleasant, excellent flavours. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices of the dishes are also average. Advised.

04/04/2024: I went to Nonna Maria for lunch today... I already knew the place having been there a few years ago. I returned after their experience at 4 restaurants... well what can I say, the octopuses in purgatory are a guarantee and the seafood risotto a real poem... tasty, rich in quality and variety fish.... the frying was excellent both for the quality of the fish and the oil, golden to perfection and just like a late summer sunset; golden yellow for the squid and red for the prawns.
Mrs. Gianfranca is a nice, sunny and very kind institution..
Watch out for tiramisu 😉😉 I'll come back to try it... with coffee though...
The service and value for money are also good. See you soon..

For the proposed offer: mediocre and expensive dishes

23/03/2024: We went for lunch on a Saturday: nice atmosphere, young, welcoming and helpful staff, excellent food and fresh fish. First to live up to their promises. Very fresh fried fish, well cooked and not greasy. Average price. We will be back.

I had lunch in this restaurant to celebrate with my family by requesting a vegetarian menu
Good food, excellent service, but as regards the dishes offered there wasn't much variety or imagination.
The choice of seasonal vegetables or the use of legumes still seems far away, when in fact they should be the basis of the diet.
As an appetizer, a plate of grilled vegetables (aubergines and courgettes in winter) and mature cheese was served;
As a first course, a plate of guitar pasta with porcini mushrooms (without truffles, and had been requested);
Second first three ravioli with ricotta and spinach with a very concentrated tomato sauce (a little acidic) and without being flavored in any way.
While the second course was really very poor and consisted only of three mushrooms stuffed with breadcrumbs (while in the others' plates there was a variety of meats to fill the entire surface)
In the dessert at least there wasn't much disparity.
Unfortunately, as of today 2024, many restaurants are not fully updated to satisfy different food requests, making those who have chosen a different diet from the multitude for the most varied reasons feel a little discriminated against.
One piece of advice that I would like to give to any restaurateur is to have their staff hold various refresher courses to always remain up to expectations.
All in all a good experience, a recommended place.
22/03/2024: Quality, professionalism and a lot of passion. I heard the fame of the Rosa dei Venti sung throughout Molise and I decided to try it to consolidate this splendor. Everything was made more pleasant and warm with the choice of flavors perfectly identified by the legendary Gianni, excellent.

04/04/2024: They don't have a menu, the prices are not known and the receipt is generic, there is only the total....3 starters, 3 first courses, 1 fried dish and 1 mixed roast, 1 liter of house wine €100, good price if the food was good. All heavy, the meatball that was supposed to be tuna was made of bread and, what's more, with a burnt aftertaste, the pasta of the first course was good but the sauce didn't taste like fish, I would have preferred pasta with butter, roasted, than roast had nothing, it just tasted like oil, oil in the roast?? the frying as well as the roast, oil and fish, three of us didn't finish it all.... NOT RECOMMENDED... I would venture to say that the fish wasn't even fresh but, I'll leave that to doubt..... thank goodness the waiters who make you laugh
01/04/2024: Uncle Michele is always the best SN, I've been eating at Termolise for many years, I go galloping to get to eat!!! Leaving from Calabria in about 9 hours by truck I find myself enjoying the divine spaghetti with seafood!!! Of course the place is not a 5 star but the gang is a divine company!!!
