03/04/2024: Even though I know how much a bad review can hurt, being a restaurateur myself, I nevertheless feel compelled to write it! Having a father, no longer able to travel, originally from Ascoli Piceno, and a mother eager to revisit the places linked to the love of her youth, we visited Ascoli on the Saturday before Easter! In this context, an inspection of one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, as it was also said at the time of the legendary Festivalbar, could not be missed: Piazza del Popolo! A little windy but beautiful day, so much so that you couldn't help but enjoy a good aperitif sitting in the most representative and historic restaurant in the place! Unfortunately we had to note that, apart from the long wait, given the turnout which would have made it acceptable, the service was absolutely not appropriate! Ordered a spritz with anisette, excellent among other things, and a white non-alcoholic bitter expressly and clearly ordered and reiterated to the waiter: without ice and if possible at room temperature! As already mentioned, after a relatively long waiting time, we were served my spritz and a red non-alcoholic bitter drowned in ice! I immediately pointed out the error to the young waiter, not the same one who took our order, and reiterated its importance several times. not of the color but of the temperature and ice factor of the soft drink, punctually we are served a white soft drink, correct, but again lost in a glass full of ice! Having pointed out again to the same young man that the drink had been requested several times without ice and possibly room temperature, I apologize for the repetitions but I want to convey the idea that the temperature of the drink which was intended for my mother was important, the waiter very rudely he mumbled something between his teeth and, having taken the glass of ice with a bit of soft drink inside, he brings us back, in a very shameless and rude way, the same thing after having removed the ice and therefore very cold! An episode which, due to a lack of style of a waiter who does not consider listening to be part of his job and not knowing that he is thus ruining the good name of a symbol of the city, ruined for me the good feeling that this square induces!

01/04/2024: One of the best McDonald's I've visited so far, smiling and helpful waiters, precise and very quick.

31/03/2024: Terrible, I found a hair in the overcooked chips, dry meat and raw bacon.

30/03/2024: All good, the only flaw is the price of the wine, which you can't find on the menu and seems a bit exaggerated to me, a bottle for 375.9 euros....
