07/04/2024: First of all, let me clarify that it is not a hotel.
It is a historic villa with an adjoining botanical garden, very well cared for.
Recommended visit during the flowering period, i.e. from the beginning of April to the end of May.
There are numerous plants from different ecosystems, worth mentioning is the valley of ferns and the Japanese style area with lots of bamboo. Many varieties of azaleas and rhododendrons.
The Villa houses finds from the family who lived there.

07/04/2024: I have visited many IKEA in Italy, but I can say that this store is really very varied.
The size of the surface was crazy, at a certain point we were tired 🥱 of walking. But it is worth visiting it and buying what you need also because the prices are for all budgets.
The staff was very kind when we needed them.
An excellent catering area.
We will be back as soon as we have to shop for home again.
06/04/2024: The customer service manager is rude and arrogant after an hour of waiting on their mistake without apologizing for the mix-up he treated us with superficiality and no empathy. He then made a veiled threat to use his hands... Speechless

06/04/2024: I discovered this place almost by chance during a dinner with colleagues and have returned several times. The special pizzas are worthy of their name with refined ingredients which in my opinion justify the high price of these pizzas. I'm curious to try the classic pizzas, but I doubt my expectations will be disappointed considering past experiences
05/04/2024: Very nice place. We took the giant cutlets and two people can eat a lot with one. Very good cutlet also in the gluten-free version. Courtesy of the waiters

05/04/2024: Waited for 15 minutes in line to then wait 10 minutes for cleaning the table and then for 20 minutes no one came to take my order. Not worth it even with such a view.

Bottled water is €5 by default if you ask for water or if the staff offers to bring you water.
I have tasted better risotto in mediocre restaurants in uk for less money. Portions are either small or just normal for overpriced dishes.
Service was extremely slow due to being understaffed and a staff ignored me even when I was shouting for them possibly either due to them spacing out or as I was speaking in english. Staff rarely makes eye contact and always just looks down on the ground so it is hard to beckon them.

06/04/2024: Good Neapolitan pizza, even if a little burnt on the bottom. Slightly noisy environment. Kindness and speed. Not low prices: €18 for pizza and drink. You can't book, but for a table for two it wasn't necessary to wait outside in line.

06/04/2024: I came with my family in 2018, and I remembered the name because I found the place great and super good! Today came with my husband in 2024, nothing has changed everything is still as good and a great welcome. The service is fast and friendly.

04/04/2024: Perfect place for dinner, If you are in Bergamo you should go there.
01/04/2024: A little noisy but the atmosphere is there! Music and dancing from the waiters… The food is excellent and the proportions very generous. We ate carbonaras and a pizza. Note that it is easily possible to ask to take away the last of your pizza, most of the regular customers around us have done so.

20/07/2023: Cosa dire di un centro commerciale ormai chiuso. Era nato come un fiore all'occhiello della città ed è finito nei peggiori dei modi. Si parla addirittura si sigillare gli ingressi per questioni di ordine pubblico. Peccato.

07/04/2024: Place where you absolutely have to book only and exclusively on the site otherwise you won't be accepted. Exaggerated prices for what you eat and what's really bad is 45 minutes and then you have to leave because they have a reservation via another one. The cats are cute even if in my opinion 9 animals in that square footage plus the customers who crowd in do not have everything at ease
06/04/2024: This is a nice Coffee Shop for Cat Lovers. You are allowed to pet cats. No taking pics with flash. 45 minutes allowed to stay after order. Order of Minimum 5 Eur per person. 1,5€ for Cat Therapy. You cannot just go inside, you have to wait to be seated.
Cakes are great! Red Velvet Cake is a must try! 6€ Be wary of times during Weekends. They only accept customers without reservation from 15.30.
