28/06/2026: This restaurant is located at the old entrance to the port. The restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming. Cloth tablecloths are provided. The staff is professional, courteous, and attentive to the customer's needs. The menu features a wide selection of seafood dishes. The fish is incredibly fresh and expertly cooked. The wine list is extensive. Recommended for couples, groups of friends, and business dinners. A little less so for families with young children. The owner goes out of his way to accommodate the diverse needs of all. I believe it is one of the best restaurants in Salerno, offering excellent value for money, considering it's a restaurant that prioritizes seafood.

05/07/2026: A true hidden gem in Salerno! We stumbled upon this restaurant on our first night and loved it so much that we came back every night for the rest of our trip. The food was delicious, authentic, and incredibly affordable. I couldn't recommend it more to anyone visiting Salerno!

21/04/2026: To visit the church you must purchase a ticket. As the time of writing there were two options to chose from: Full ticket, so you could visit the 4 different attractions in the city center, including San Matteo and San Gregorio VII churches. All sites can be visited in less than two hours and that's an overestimation. The other ticket option is a two-attraction ticket, which as the name suggests, allows you to visit two churches of your choice. The tickets were (full price) 12€ and 8€ respectively. If you want to choose only two, I'd recommend the Duomo di Santa Maria degli Angeli and San Gregorio VII. They are just stunning! However, the star of the show here is San Matteo crypt. I went in completely clueless and had one heck of a surprise when I entered the room. Nothing can prepare you for its beauty and the sheer complexion of the adornments and decorations this crypt holds.

11/05/2026: It was the best choice to cap off our last night in Salerno. Not only were the fresh ingredients and amazing taste impressive, but the friendliness of the staff made our night truly special. If I visit Salerno again, this is a restaurant I will definitely return to.

07/07/2026: Fantastic experience in Salerno. The food is carefully prepared, and the quality is evident in every bite. We were especially impressed by the presentation. The bacon and melted cheese fries were delicious and served in a truly inviting way. I can't wait to return to try other items on the menu. Highly recommended.

26/06/2026: The only good thing about this place is the atmosphere. The service didn't take remote controls. Many of us at the table didn't eat. I was very serious, even with the cashier I told him to his face what I think, because it's a service like that, a place that's also well done, unfortunately it's also a disgrace for the eyes to see. We spent more than an hour and a half waiting for a sandwich and a burrito and he only took one. Out of six of us, three of us, didn't have the displeasure of tasting this sandwich, which also arrived cold for me. Basically, those who had the displeasure of eating said that the food seemed like hospital food. I was also told by the people who were at the cashier that, after having confirmed with the cashier, he also had the nerve to laugh in my face and talk to the people there at the counter who I knew, who defended me. For having also spoken badly of me personally, even though I only told the pure truth of the facts. As I wrote in this review, so if the cashier would like to apologize to me under this review, I was completely free to do so, but unfortunately it was really rude and I felt very bad about it. I don't know if it was the particular evening or something else, but I ate at McDonald's.

01/06/2026: Overall, a good experience. The service was subpar, not quite up to par with the highly refined cuisine (sometimes perhaps even a little too refined for my taste). The dishes were truly exceptional (spaghetti with clams, turbot, and raw ham).

17/03/2026: I'd never stopped here before. My wife and I booked a few days ago, and I have to say I'm extremely satisfied. The place is beautiful and welcoming, with plenty of seating, including outside. The owner is extremely friendly and professional. The food is EXCELLENT! The selection of salami and cheeses is truly high-quality, and the fish-based first and second courses are truly delicious! I highly recommend trying it for anyone who hasn't been before. We'll definitely be back!
