07/04/2024: The usual restaurant run by Chinese passed off as Japanese (a bit like American mozzarella or parmesan or Albanian pizzerias with an Italian name from Northern Europe) normal food but three times more expensive there is more convenient.

03/04/2024: I was with my wife a few days ago for the first time.... Kind, attentive staff...they make you feel at ease...very high quality food and Paolo, one of the owners, was very friendly and kind in indulging in the usual rituals (I imagine photo requests) at the end of lunch...large portions ....the seafood carbonara is a delight for both the palate and the eyes...as is the careful presentation of all the other dishes.... With the excuse (that my wife said she had forgotten her umbrella) today in the presence of friends who came to visit us from Sardinia we returned.... I wanted to taste different things from the previous time but I couldn't resist returning to the carbonara sea....even today no flaw, everything was delicious to say of all 4 diners....next time I come back I'll go on a sunny day to see what excuse my wife will use to go back there to eat...5 stars deserved in every way...

12/03/2024: A wonderful experience, extremely refined dishes, Italian haute cuisine proposed in an iconic way in an almost metaphysical minimalist environment. Davide Oldani, a great, affable and welcoming chef, surrounded by young staff with unparalleled professionalism and competence. You leave D'O with the sole desire to return and try all the seasonal variations. Applause!

23/03/2024: Good experience in this very nice place. The staff were attentive and friendly and very quick. We enjoyed traditional fish dishes and also a slightly unusual but delicious first course. 18/02/2024: My family and I had a Sunday lunch at this Romagna cuisine restaurant. The environment is rustic and welcoming, typical of a trattoria. We ordered a mixed starter of crostini. The variety was good, but we weren't particularly impressed with the flavor. For the first courses, we chose tagliatelle with ragù and gnez (homemade pasta made from polenta) with beans. The noodles were good. The gnez, however, were a little too salty and the bean cream covered the flavor of the pasta. For second courses, we had some cuts and grilled meat. The meat was good and the grilled portion was generous. To accompany the second courses, we ordered dip, gratin and grilled vegetables. The service was fast and efficient. Maybe a little too "present" and pressing in wanting to clear the dishes. Prices are normal for a restaurant that offers Romagna cuisine. If you are looking for a restaurant serving Romagna cuisine with a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, this place is a good choice.

02/04/2024: terrible service, forgotten or incorrect dishes, the soup should arrive first and instead arrive at the end, low quality of food, ravioli too thick, gummy soy noodles, sashimi not present.

Very kind, attentive and very helpful staff Unfortunately the menu, I hope due to the dreaded holiday lunches (Easter) was not up to par. The starter was good, the first discreet but the second courses... The picanha was literally 3 slices the thickness of a roast beef. Ditto the cuttlefish, 4 strips of number counted. Valpolicella is good. Definitely worth trying again with a "normal" dinner before definitively evaluating
