2) excellent food, tasty but also light and digestible
3) good value for money

18/03/2024: I love it, it's now a permanent fixture! Cozy and intimate location, competent staff and fantastic chefs. The menu is short but varied depending on seasonality, with always different but excellent dishes. The right prices for raw materials, processes and locations. Optimal!

21/03/2024: Haute cuisine restaurant, distinguished by nothing short of excellent quality, very particular and creative dishes that are a joy to taste and look at... exceptional wine pairings, highly trained staff and an attentive and helpful owner. We didn't take photographs because it seemed foolish and tasteless to us. An unforgettable experience that I hope to repeat. Chapeu
25/11/2023: The quality is very high, starting with the different types of oysters. Some of the popular proposals: cuttlefish ravioli stuffed with red prawn, Black code with Jerusalem artichoke and onion chips, sea heart fusillo and seaweed, eel with rosemary and honey. These are just some of the dishes tasted. Everything truly lives up to the newly confirmed star, in an environment that predisposes to conviviality. Courtesy and preparation on the part of the staff.

06/04/2024: We stumbled upon this small place for dinner during a mini holiday in Turin.
Very nice and modern location; friendly, helpful and friendly staff.
We ate two delicious savory crepes, with particular combinations.
The one with pea pesto and mint and goat's cheese is very light and fresh.
The desserts are also very good, especially the hazelnut cake with eggnog cream is excellent.
Wide choice of wines, well recommended by the staff.

We were with the family to celebrate a birthday, everything went wrong from the service to the dessert. The proposed menu was interesting on paper but very disappointing in practice. Starting from the first course, overcooked and tasteless pasta in a bha broth... "paccheri with seafood broth", dry sea bream fillet and side dishes. But the most disappointing thing was the cake left out of the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Obvious consequence, photos ruined by the carelessness of the staff/owners.
The place is also nice but not for eating. It was the second time we went and 2 out of 2 the food was a disappointment, I think it's a confirmation.
06/01/2024: Disappointing in terms of quality and price, first courses and second courses served cold.
I advise against it.

23/03/2024: Optimal. The courtesy and friendliness of the managers. The professionalism of the service. Everything excellent. Nice environment but above all delicious food. Truffle risotto is amazing like everything else.
22/03/2024: Absolutely recommended...sublime truffle risotto! One of the best I've ever eaten and the choice of wines is equally good and valid...not to mention the guys...attentive, helpful and never intrusive...must try!!!
