07/02/2024: The bridge was built between 60 and 40 BC. Probably built by Lucius Cestius, the brother of Gaius Cestius Epulo. It was renovated several times: in 152 under Emperor Antoninus Pius, in 370 by Valentinian I, Valens and Gratian. It was subsequently called Pons Gratiani (Gratians Bridge). A plaque on the parapet commemorates another restoration in 1193.

07/04/2024: Such a wonderful experience, the food was so delicious and service was great! Atmosphere and views are lovely and manager and lionora were so attentive.

01/04/2024: The place is nice, the view superb and the servers friendly. There is, however, a big problem: the quality of the dishes which was very average for the price paid. The desserts were catastrophic (the tiramisu for 16 euros served in a plastic glass was clearly industrial). Very disappointed with this restaurant which claims to be gourmet but which serves dishes worthy of a school canteen.

01/03/2024: Da oramai tanti anni torniamo in questo magnifico ristorante che sembra aver fermato il tempo. Le pietanze, di qualità assoluta, vengono trattate con la cura che si deve alla cucina francese. Un plauso infine allo storico maître, per l'eleganza che riesce ad attribuire una professione di tutto rispetto, attraverso un servizio nobile, carico di charme e buongusto. Charly's sauciere, la gestione e il suo staff, continuano ad essere un patrimonio da tutelare nel tempo.

04/04/2024: In a side street of Via del Corso there is this well-kept restaurant where you can appreciate the friendliness and competence of the staff and enjoy excellent and well-presented dishes, the local cuisine blends with the French one and the combination is successful. Low prices in relation to the quality offered.

02/04/2024: We celebrated our 12th year anniversary dinner at Burro Salato and we are glad we did. Food is amazing, they deserve a Michelin star! The best food we have eaten in Matera!

03/04/2024: Great place for lunch, we've been stopping for our coffee for years with Cornetto which is so good and the welcome is always very warm And today we know how to stop for the super good charcuterie platter for dinner and the children eat the ham cotto alla piastra very good too

06/04/2024: I'm not entirely satisfied with pancakes that weren't cooked perfectly and honestly they didn't have all the flavor, the dough was almost neutral....bacon, not bacon that wasn't cooked at the moment so it left that halo of stale fat in the mouth. Good coffee

Assolutamente consigliato

08/03/2024: Esperienza non solo unica nel suo genere ma anche eccezionale! Difficile da definire, non è uno stellato ma il livello e le impressioni sono le stesse nonostante sia un altro genere di cucina che definirei intelligente, e soprattutto sana poiché l'alta qualità della materia prima viene rispettata non essendo alterata più di tanto rimanendo così semplice e genuina. la Cena si svolge in una interessante enoteca con molte etichette poco note e di nicchia direi, il tutto coronato dall esuberante e piacevole presenza dell imperatore e dalle cortesi attenzioni del personale. Esperienza da provare almeno una volta nella vita, ottimo per celebrare eventi a cui si vuole conferire una certa importanza!
