26/06/2025: I ordered a millefoglie cake with custard and chocolate chips. Unfortunately I found something but it wasn't a millefoglie. It was covered with vegetable cream, a real blasphemy and the cream had a color with fluorescent green shades. The flavor was anything but genuine. I'm sorry for the past times but I will never return to this pastry shop. Prices have increased but not the quality.

17/06/2025: Very good, very well stocked from sweet to savory. The girls are very friendly and professional. You absolutely have to take their erbazzone!

28/06/2025: I returned to this McDonald's after 1 year and things haven't changed at all...in fact, they've gotten worse. I go to the McDrive at 10:40 PM to place my order, I only had one car in front of me and then there was only me...so the place wasn't crowded with people, at least at the drive. I arrive next to the column to place my order and immediately there was something wrong, the girl who took my order told me to wait....what, who? NOTHING! During the order the girl had told me that I had 5 free sauces! (KEEP THIS PHRASE IN MIND). But this is only the least serious thing compared to what I'm about to tell you. After taking the order I get ready to pay and then collect what I had ordered. So when I collect the order and go home I realize that the bag WAS MISSING THE SAUCES!! A very serious mistake!!! By the way, in addition to the free ones, I had ordered others and they were missing... so I had a bad dinner and I was furious! Not only am I furious because carelessness seems to reign supreme in this McDonald's, but also because I PAID FOR ALL the sauces! (Obviously not the free ones, only the ones I added). And I want to say that since I don't steal, BUT I WORK!!! AND THE MONEY I EARN, SEEING THEM THAT EVEN IF YOU PAY THEY DON'T PUT THE RIGHT THINGS IN THE BAG MAKES ME MAD!!! These things must never happen again! When you work, you stay there with your head!! I'm disappointed, furious because the guys who serve you go based on how they feel that day, sometimes they're in the right mindset, other times they're not. Poor service, and the desire to work jumps on me! I don't recommend it to anyone!

24/06/2025: As usual, ordered and paid sandwiches are missing (as far as McDrive is concerned), wrong ingredients... it's a continuous thing, the time you don't check you're screwed!

25/05/2025: Today lunch at the old wild west in the center of Lame There were three of us. Only one order out of three arrived. After 20 minutes, when we asked for explanations, two cold dishes arrived, perhaps forgotten in the kitchen. When I complained they suggested reheating them. Since they were meat I asked for them to be remade. Bottom line, after another 15 minutes of waiting the same dishes arrived reheated, with inedible chips, dried-out chicken, dry cheddar and the chicken slice, of which a piece was missing because I had tasted it before sending the dish back, completely cut into little pieces. It was the same dish as before reheated. I got angry and the waitress even got annoyed and told me that it was not reheated but had been remade. Are you kidding me? The bill? €58. We didn't eat anything, I took everything to the dog. Never again. I'm sorry because we used to go there often but not like this!

14/05/2025: I ordered a takeaway Louisiana Chicken and a chocolate soufflé. The chicken was okay, nothing to complain about, but the portion of chips was miserable and also without the chili sauce that is mentioned on the menu. I fly over it, I open the little package of the soufflé and it was served without ice cream or cream, both available at the restaurant. In addition, to pay, I wanted to swipe my loyalty card to accumulate points but I didn't have time to say that I wanted to pay cash that the cashier gave me the receipt and said "sorry, now you can't swipe your card anymore". Really inconsistent as a service, because sometimes I find it very good and other times, like this time, it seems like a joke to me

12/07/2025: A disappointing experience. The fish was completely tasteless, probably of poor quality. We were seated at a wobbly table, and even though the restaurant was practically empty, we were denied a table change. They tried to fix the problem by stuffing paper under our legs, but to no avail. Furthermore, the waiter was inattentive: despite calling him several times, he never came over, all in a practically empty restaurant. We definitely won't be returning.

31/05/2025: WE PAID FOR THE EXTRA SAUSAGE AND IT WASN'T THERE SO COME ON DON'T MAKE A PAYMENT FOR IT IF YOU WANT TO IGNORE US ALSO I ASKED FOR THE COURTESY OF CUTTING THE PIZZA AND GUESS? WHOLE PIZZAS HOWEVER BUT THE PIZZA IS GOOD BUT COME ON LIKE THIS

22/05/2025: One of the nicest pizzas ever. Great value, surprisingly cheap for such a nice pizza. Staying across the road for 3 nights and had it every night 😁

10/06/2025: Trattoria Andrella; going up the provincial road 15, beyond Ramiseto towards Passo del Lagastrello, just past the town of Lugolo, on the left you will find this stone restaurant, very very informal, a place from another time, rustic, not comparable to the current standards of catering, but for this very reason absolutely emotional, for those who know how to capture its spirit. Historic place where Albertina and Domenico, offer the classic fried gnocco with excellent cured meats, touching green tortelli, if you happen to be in the porcini mushroom season, you will find excellent tagliatelle with mushrooms and a fabulous porcini mushroom lasagne, to follow if you like grilled meat you will not be disappointed, you will also find the freshness of the trout raised in the nearby lake, the unmissable fragrant fried Apennine lamb. You must then try the ricotta and chocolate cake. A real place without frills where sympathy and simplicity abound.

11/06/2025: The ice cream is not bad but the rudeness and impoliteness of the owner made us feel bad by treating his employee badly in front of all the customers We will definitely not go back there again!!!

08/06/2025: If I have to review the ice cream I would say not bad, but the rudeness and lack of respect that the owner had towards the girl made me not want to enter that ice cream shop. I'm sorry but you don't treat employees like that and don't come and tell me that you know what you're doing.

27/05/2025: Small but very welcoming and tastefully decorated place. Excellent service with very kind and friendly staff; very attentive to the needs of the customer. Excellent for spending a pleasant and quiet evening as a couple. Quality ingredients and in full view... they give that extra sense of satisfaction. Well-garnished piadinas served on unique and colorful ceramic plates. Ample parking. Price in line with the service offered. Definitely worth returning to..

11/04/2025: Had dinner on the weekend. The piadinas are unquestionably good but too expensive for the product itself and they deserve to be filled more generously. The negative vote depends on the price, the somewhat distracted service (we were not even received at the entrance) and the impossibility of making separate accounts; despite the venue having a limited number of seats.

24/06/2025: Location a little far from the center of Bologna (a choice made on purpose) but reachable in 20 minutes, convenient parking in front of the hotel, clean and tidy room with refrigerator, air conditioning and television. Breakfast could have been a little more refined, a little poor on the 2nd day but plentiful on the first day served by a thoughtful and kind girl, the second day the breakfast was very poor served by another person

18/06/2025: The Pianella Shopping Center represents, in my opinion, an emblematic example of a structure with great potential, unfortunately still unexpressed. The location is convenient and the internal spaces are large, but the general impression is that of a place that would need new life to return to being a lively and attractive point of reference for the community. Currently, the commercial offer appears rather limited, with the exception of the Tedy store, which represents for many visitors the only real reason to visit, the other shops are not very attractive, sometimes due to uncompetitive prices or an assortment that does not easily meet the daily needs of the public. At various times of the day, the center unfortunately appears semi-deserted, a clear sign of a not particularly lively attendance. A structural and strategic intervention could make the difference. A modernization of the internal spaces and a more accessible rental policy could encourage the opening of new businesses, stimulating a greater variety of merchandise and a wider participation of the local public. A shopping center is not only a place to shop, but also a social space, and Pianella would have all the credentials to become one, if supported by a more dynamic and inclusive vision. With a renewed managerial impetus, this center could transform into a reference commercial hub. At the moment, however, it remains a subdued reality, waiting to be valorized as it deserves.

12/05/2025: I am a customer, the last time I booked after 45 I called to find out if the pizzas were arriving and they replied that they had no disappointed reservations.

03/06/2025: Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, I placed an order and once it arrived home (delivered by the delivery boy) the spaghetti with vegetables were inedible, completely dry, a single block that I had to leave there because the flavor was not the best. The other things were fine. Too bad…
