03/04/2024: We went in person one evening in October and, months later, ordered home delivery. Super friendly and kind! We ordered both normal and gluten-free.. everything perfect and delicious 😋 I didn't have time to take photos because we had already devoured everything..

28/03/2024: Nice place, prices a little high but in line with what is found in the center of Milan. The accompanying "sauces" are truly welcome, especially for fans of gorgonzola and lard who will find themselves pleasantly satisfied.

28/03/2024: I visited Colline Emiliane with my wife and my best friend. I can say that we had a truly wonderful time at Colline Emiliane, starting with the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendly and helpful staff leading to the great food. We had the pleasure of choosing from a wide variety of wines to accompany our selection of food from a fantastic menu. Everything we chose was great. The starters to share was fabulous, tortellini and the two types of slow cooked beef was heavenly delicious just melting in the mouth and even the dessert which we usually do not take because we are not into sweets. We never had the feeling that we are in a restaurant but rather in one of our friend's house. The staff was never far away and yet not nosy giving us space. Overall the best culinary experience that we had in Rome. Whenever I am back in Rome I'll make sure to visit Colline Emiliane again.

19/03/2024: Given that we went to the Hostaria del pig on the recommendation of an acquaintance of ours. Quite varied menu, terrible service managed by very young waiters (interns), disoriented and unprofessional. We had to ask for bread several times, the cold cuts platter was good but served without the slightest explanation, the quality of the other dishes chosen was very poor. It was a terrible experience. Not recommended.

05/04/2024: Italian restaurant just outside the historic center of Persiceto, visited on several occasions. The place offers both a menu of purely traditional recipes and a series of proposals where you experiment a little more and/or use non-local ingredients. During my visits I have tried both things and always found it good, particularly with the first courses. Even the slightly more original dishes often had a truly interesting outcome! Often a small welcome snack is provided, at the table there is also a basket with various types of bread in small loaves. The environment is organized into 3/4 internal or external rooms, it is informal and without excess. The staff in general are ok, occasionally they can run into some little things but nothing that should preclude an absolutely positive experience. Fair price for what is offered. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a rotisserie side where you can buy ready-made take away food or even freshly cooked first courses to take away as soon as they come out of the pan. Recommended for everyone!

04/04/2024: Finally a cuisine without a "masterchef in the head": simple but well made, excellent, plentiful and also economical. Only the service was a little "rough"... but a bad day happens to everyone. Well done "Officina del gusto"

31/03/2024: Wonderful place. A villa surrounded by greenery despite being in a town. Well-kept environment. Impeccable service and staff always smiling and ready to respond courteously and quickly to every request. Dishes with attention to the smallest details where tradition and innovation marry perfectly. I really appreciated the choice to make the most of local products and the choice of wines that puts our wines first, which are usually a little snubbed in many other wine lists. The dessert portions are a little generous. My sorbet was spectacular. I liked everything.

23/03/2024: Entering the Bar Cantone, you immediately notice the billiard tables.. Soft lights and even a Serie A championship in progress. But there is no time to stop, just at the back the room of a quiet trattoria welcomes you. If the large blackboard on which the menu is written leaves you in any doubt, don't worry, ask the two girls in the dining room for advice who explain the dishes so well that you can already taste them. Unmissable fried gnocco with delicious locally produced cold cuts, delicious macaroni al comb with rib ragù, tasty green ravioli with balsamic vinegar... the good kind.... The rest of the delicacies and desserts will be for next time... We will definitely be back on our way back from the north to Rome

18/03/2024: purtroppo da qualche tempo la qualità del cibo di questo ristorante è calata. Primi pieni di condimenti inutili, carne alla griglia arrivata fredda e con scelta carni troppo banale. Serata in cui c'erano tavolate grandi, è vero, ma in passato si mangiava molto meglio. Conto finale troppo alto per quello che ci hanno proposto.

04/04/2024: I was in this place last week, it's exactly next to the Ferrari factory. The welcome was perfect, you have to book on the site. The place has a refined 80's theme. I had the grand tourism menu and it was excellent, at €60 I also took the cheeses and in total I spent €100
