19/03/2024: Given that we went to the Hostaria del pig on the recommendation of an acquaintance of ours. Quite varied menu, terrible service managed by very young waiters (interns), disoriented and unprofessional. We had to ask for bread several times, the cold cuts platter was good but served without the slightest explanation, the quality of the other dishes chosen was very poor. It was a terrible experience. Not recommended.

25/02/2024: Arrivati a questo ristorante sull’argine del fiume, ambiente caloroso e personale disponibile. Buoni i salumi ( culatello 24 mesi un po’ fresco), buoni i primi, eccellente la tagliata tenerissima. Ottimi i dolci. Se devo proprio fare una critica, manca il menù al tavolo, ma viene declamato.

28/03/2024: I visited Colline Emiliane with my wife and my best friend. I can say that we had a truly wonderful time at Colline Emiliane, starting with the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendly and helpful staff leading to the great food. We had the pleasure of choosing from a wide variety of wines to accompany our selection of food from a fantastic menu. Everything we chose was great. The starters to share was fabulous, tortellini and the two types of slow cooked beef was heavenly delicious just melting in the mouth and even the dessert which we usually do not take because we are not into sweets. We never had the feeling that we are in a restaurant but rather in one of our friend's house. The staff was never far away and yet not nosy giving us space. Overall the best culinary experience that we had in Rome. Whenever I am back in Rome I'll make sure to visit Colline Emiliane again.

05/01/2024: The food was superb, offering good options for my vegetarian partner. It’s tucked away but it’s worth finding. Brilliant decor with a lively romantic feel to the restaurant. There was plenty to enjoy here.

30/10/2023: After visiting half a dozen restaurants in town during the week we were there, my opinion is that we had the best meal of our holidays here. Nice classy restaurant, I’d recommend popping in to make a reservation as it’s not huge but they did let us reserve a couple of days prior to the meal. MIGNON did not let you reserve, this is just round the corner. Food was lovely, unusual with a little oriental slant on some dishes. A very nice place. Nice treat on your jolly holiday! Try and visit.

10/03/2024: Historic place in the historic center of Finale Emilia....typical Emilian cuisine with some small successful reinterpretations...the place has remained the same as it once was with a touch of renewal....warm and welcoming....the service Edoardo and his staff are impeccable, attentive to everyone's needs and know how to advise and pamper you in order to ensure a pleasant culinary experience...

31/03/2024: The map is small but nice. The food was excellent. Price performance was good. The restaurant is known for gnocco fritto, fried pasta dough, and fresh pasta. The furnishings are rather simple and it was a bit cool. You can look into the glass kitchen. The waitress/boss was very nice and attentive and speaks excellent English. She explained the menu to us in detail so that we could order with full understanding.

06/04/2024: Very good price/quality ratio, very suggestive environment inside the castle of Formigine. Very good food with traditional local menu and much more. It is also a wine shop, so wines galore. Very attentive staff who are constantly monitoring so that you don't miss anything, even too much 😅. The deor is directly adjacent to the park inside the castle, which is decidedly pleasant.

27/03/2024: Oscar-worthy tortelloni, ricotta that tasted like mascarpone! Tagliatelle with meat sauce good but not special. Tigelle so-so, good gnocco. Excellent cured meats. Varied wine cellar that I didn't expect. 30 euros with an encore of first courses, Tigelle gnocco and a taste of cod fritters, also good. Overall: definitely worth coming back!

31/03/2024: Very good, refined and fresh food, fast service in line with the context Quiet and pleasant atmosphere until 10pm, when they let loose with loud music by Clementino followed by disco, completely changing the atmosphere of the place. Not liking that type of transformed environment, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths of a somewhat ruined evening

30/03/2024: Simple and genuine food, owner available and flexible in managing customer needs, nice choice of wines and honest bill. The landline indicated by Google is almost always off the hook so to book it is best to use the app.

06/04/2024: As a vegetarian I greatly appreciated the possibility of not having to limit myself to just one first course, as there were options suitable for me even in the starters and second courses. All very tasty! Impeccable and quick service, the staff certainly does not neglect the customer. Well done!!
