07/04/2024: Among all the AYCE restaurants in Modena, already open for some time, this is perhaps the only one that has maintained the standards of its opening. The food is always good, well cooked, with distinct flavors even in the grilled specialities. Excellent service, quick and precise. Obviously in busy moments, it is normal for something to slow down, they are humans not robots. The presence of the kaiten (roller) is unparalleled and becomes super fun and dynamic even for the little ones. I await an actual renewal of the menu... recently something has changed in the types of dishes offered at lunch but the type of things served has not changed. After a few years, a renewal of the dishes would be good!! Especially for loyal customers, it would be nice to be able to taste something different. The only thing I highly recommend: greater cleaning in the roller area, especially on the wooden grill in the ceiling above the sushiman.

An explosion of fresh and authentic flavours: from the first taste, you can perceive the care taken in the choice of raw materials and the mastery in the preparation of each individual piece. The fish is very fresh, the rice cooked to perfection and the flavor combinations are innovative and surprising. A rich and delicious menu: whether you are a lover of classic sushi or prefer to experiment with new combinations, the Kuaizi menu will satisfy every palate. A welcoming atmosphere: the restaurant is designed with attention to the smallest details, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, friendly, attentive and always ready to recommend the perfect dish. Excellent value for money: considering the quality of the food and service offered, the prices are more than honest. Highly recommended! If you are also looking for gluten-free sushi, the staff is very knowledgeable even though the place is not AIC certified. 06/04/2024: Real Chinese cuisine, huge choice even for vegetarians and vegans, excellent, very quick service and friendly and kind staff. The latter have strong flavours, while the former perhaps best meet even the most demanding palates. Excellent quality/price!!!

The only small problem is that when there are a lot of people, they deliver your dishes late, even 30/40 minutes after you ordered it, but that's all Congratulations in any case for the quality!
